Great shopping site except needs to take customers back to exact place they left off to view item.

I wish I could find promos, discounts, etc more easily but I'm glad they had my relatively rare shoe in stock. The nearest location is like 1500mi away and I'm annoyed there's a $10 return mailing fee. Also, it's the brands fault for not posting the information anywhere but it you had a reviewer write about the width of the normal vs wide fitting shoes, that would be helpful. I'm a regular size on the wider side but after reading many reviews on other sites, I decided to go with the wide version. It would be nice for a competent reviewer to suggest sizing principles since we're online shopping.

Good photos and detailed descriptions make it easy to select a shoe. The shoes arrived quickly and in perfect shape. They fit exactly as described.

I wish the shoes were displayed in tabs and not the way they were. It seemed like there was new shoe options everytime I clicked on a shoe and then went to the bottom of the page. If it had tabs with it sectioned by styles it would make for a better shopping experience.

I will say that these shoes with elastic and have a soft foot covering are tricky. The size 7 is too large - the sole is too long. But, the 6.5 is a little short on the toes so I cannot wear them for long stretches. But the store and service is great!

I ordered a pair of sandals on July 21,2021. I live in Alaska. The shipping information on their website states shipping is 4-8 business days. After many phone calls, they have told me that it will be 4-6 weeks to get my shoes! Would never have ordered from them! No one No-one takes that long to get here. They put them on a barge! That is for large objects not shoes! I would never use them again.
