I wish I had a negative star to rate this company.
I raised concern towards one of the order i places in high priority still these ppl haven't delivered it today and I was highly disappointed with their false update on telling that the order has been delivered but actually it wasn't. There is no proof from them saying it's has been delivered also. They promised me to deliver the product by today but they dint. I was sick and tired of calling them for several times. I will make sure I won't order any products from fnp here. People please be aware of such kind of false update and stop ordering from fnp. Worst customer services ever. Liars that's also I can say. Never ever buy from this site and they won't give any resolution back for such stealing issues. As you can see there is no sign from the recipients in the photo proof.

I had placed my order for 14th Feb. My order was not delivered. I called your contact centre, spoke to Mr. Mukesh.
It was not delivered as it was too busy, so why has my money not been refunded. Not only that no one has the courtesy to call me. Unbelievable. I will never recommend this site again. I will never use it

I used this app for the first time and I ordered a cake for my younger brother's birthday.
Actually the cake that was delivered was in a melted condition but the taste was good. I really felt bad for this so I contacted the customer service for this and was happy to see that they responded very quickly and they revert the cake.
