“Reversal Delivery of cake”

I used this app for the first time and I ordered a cake for my younger brother's birthday.
Actually the cake that was delivered was in a melted condition but the taste was good. I really felt bad for this so I contacted the customer service for this and was happy to see that they responded very quickly and they revert the cake.
So happy to share this experience and satisfied with the app.
