Pathetic service. Never order from here, they never deliver on time and then give lame excuses. There is no point in delevering gift days after occasion. You will be charged same for even next day delivery. Worst service ever seen. No professionalism, no work ethics. If you cannot delivery the order on time, have the decency to refund the money back. Never going to use this again.

I received a very cheap and poor quality product. Even customising it thoroughly you get poor print dimensions on the mug and quality of the print is pathetic! The way you'll customise it doesn't matter, because they will do print it only the way they want and not according to your customisation. Definitely won't recommend this site.

I send gift for my sis. But when they received it's in very bad condition. Last time everything was good that's why i wanna to send again by your site. But i feel very disappointed. I spend money and what i will get. Even my sis felt very bad in front of her in laws. Please do some action on this. They send pics to me. I attached. This was the issue with my gift. I complaint for it four times but i will get answer do it with registered E-mail & also we didn't find your order how it possible? Now without any action they closed the issue. Very bad experience ordering my mothers birthday cake through fnp. The product delivered is nothing as shown on site. First they denied that I made the payment, didnt do the delivery on the day (it was a birthday cake), then after lot of following up they deliver this horrible thing all messed up.

Unacceptable and $#*!ty service. Will never buy from the again. I have had late deliveries twice on my orders. I will never buy from them and encourage everyone to not either. Horrible, Pathetic, disappointing and stressful is all the words you can use to describe ferns and petals.
They just cheat people and deliver the world's worst service.
You never get what you order for and no proper response comes from the team. I ordered a 3 tier bamboo plant, what was delivered was a 2 tier plant. When we complained they sent us a Rs. 45 chocolate... seriously!? All we wanted was for them to replace the plant, but absolutely no respect and response from them.
Completely unprofessional. No idea how do you run such a big company with such distasteful service.
I have already told all my near and dear ones to ban their services already. I suggest the people reading this to do the same to avoid this happening to you. They dont even deserve one star

If you want to completely destroy your occasion than you should bank on them. Every person of their team is lying about your delivery. They don't realize the emotions of their customers, they are unable to timely deliver within 3 kms. Worst services. Highly not recommendable
