Never order from Ferns and Petals. I have ordered Fudge Brownie cake which was supposed to deliver at 2pm. He delivered at 5pm and low quality cake on 17th November 2020. I cancelled and since then I am following with them for my refund but still havent received yet. Customer service people are so casual behaviuor

I had ordered flowers, cake, chocolates and a cushion for my daughter's birthday to be delivered at a specific time slot. Much after the time, I got a message that it was delivered. When I checked, it was not! The items cane three hours later, without the cushion for which I had paid! I raised three complaints on their site with no response. The cake dis not have the message. Nor was there any intimation about who had sent the gifts. When I checked today, the order tracker says cushion delivered. It is a lie. There has been no response to my complaints. This company is a fraud - they collect the money for gifts which are never delivered and time commitment that is not kept up. Please DO NOT use their services. Thoroughly disgusting and disappointing.

Don't buy product from fnp its very worst service. A very poor service. I have purchased the product from there but the product case is not delivered yet I called many times but not responding seriously very poor and bad service they are providing.

Very disappointed... complete cheaters... ordered plants for home delivery... all plants are in bad shape and many broken... raised complain to customer support same day, only to get response that I have crossed 48 hrs from date of delivery and nothing can be done... avoid the brand.

The service is really good and the product quality is awesome.
In this pandemic situations just sitting at home you can make you lovable ones feel special and make their day extra special with lovely gifts.
Had ordered an anniversary cake through Ferns and Petals in outskirts of Jamshedpur. Despite having chosen"free delivery" with a wide time duration, the delivery was made at about 6pm, right when the celebrations were about to begin. The cake was fresh and the delivery boy had really pleasant manners.
Pathetic service. Just give false information to clients. No call courtesy. They are just fooling us. I have paid 1k and still awaiting for my delivery neither they have returned my amount.
