I ordered a cake for birth day celebration and time scheduled for 08:00 am to 15:00 pm. but they are changed the time and delivery person contact me on night 09:30 pm. i purchase cake from another shop immediately for celebration party. I canceled my order and requested to return back my cash. This is very irresponsible deal from FNP.

I have ordered 4 items out of them only 2 got delivered and out those two 1 wrong delivered.
And for remaining two I did follow up then at 9.15 at night I came to know that my order could not get delivered.
Useless call center... Useless and very much pathetic site...

I have ordered a personalized video on 9 December 2020 and on the website, it is mentioned it will be delivered on the same day. But it is not delivered now. I have customer service and they said it will be delivered soon but not delivered yet... pathetic service... very disappointed
