Ordered a premium fruit basket hamper ($125) as a gift to only deliver a low quality product with missing fruits listed on site (e.g. Persimmons, in season now). Basket quality looks cheap, fruits looked terrible and old and presentation/wrapping looks amateur. Definitely nowhere close to being a "leading online florist and gifting brand" as its website claims. Customer service offered a useless 10% discount which I would not recommend using their products and service.
I will never recommend this company to for. They are not using reliable courier (blue dart) to deliver packages. Then contact info ( phone numbers) are not in service provided on their website. I have sent the bhai dooj gift which supposed to be delivered on nov 5 but it has not been delivered yet. This company provides pathetic customer service. When I was talking to their customer service representative they disconnect my call without saying any thing as I asked for my refund. I would never ever recommend this company again..

I had earlier ordered for rakhi to be delivered in USA and Canada. Both were delivered in time inspite of the rush in festival time. And I was informed by my sisters that the product was good and came in attractive package.
Recently I ordered gift hamper of sweets etc for Diwali and it reached in time. The only issue was that their website doesn't tell us which brand of sweets they would send. Since these are gifts, we are never sure about the quality of sweets.
It was my wife birthday and they sent us the used product and no one helped us replacing it.
Absurd!

Ordered a cake and sent a way different cake to me. Was supposed to be strawberries on top of the cake instead of cherries. Cake showed on website was covered with chocolate but when we received it, it didnt match what we seen online. Chocolate sponge cake doesnt taste chocolatey enough and there was too much cream on top of the cake for our liking.
