On time delivery. Flowers were fresh. Lots of options to choose from.
For past 2 years I am purchasing gifts from this website. Superfast delivery is their highlight, bcz sometimes I made some purchases very near to the rate and delivery was impossible for some other sites whereas fnp delivered me on time with perfection.
I ordered a bouquet of roses and a cake for my parents anniversary. I am based in Australia and my parents are in India. I was able to make them happy on their special day all because of Ferns and petals. I would highly recommend their services. Both the things were as pictured on the website. Cake was super delicious and bouquet was beautiful... thanks FnP.
I knew what i was buying but when i got to know the actual price of items bought from the delivery person. I was totally disappointed.
I ordered cakes of worth 1900 but actual price of them was 800 so its more than double which I think is absolutely ridiculous.

My order of birthday cake and bouquet was not delivered to my mother as apparently they did not have the same flowers. I had placed the order on 19th of November at noon and delivery date was 2 days later on 21st of November at regular hours between 8-3pm. My order was confirmed and I even received an email on the morning of 21st November that the product is on its way. I live abroad and I was send two emails around 2.11pm and 3.32 pm IST that the flowers I had ordered was not available and can they replace it with roses instead. I had not read those emails as it was 2 and 3 am for me and saw them only around 8 am next morning when it was already 8.30 pm in India. My question is: it was obvious that the gift was for some special occasion, so why not deliver the cake and send another bouquet of equal value and if it was so important to get my consent, why wait until the last minute and beyond the delivery time slot to inform me of non availability. Or at the very least, send the cake! I am totally disappointed and extremely frustrated, for the first time in over 10 years, I was unable to send a birthday cake to my mom. Highly unprofessional service, will never ever use their service. If there was provision of rating 0, I would have happily done that today.

Recently for my mom's birthday I have ordered a Choco Fudge Cake which was totally value for money, plus the delivery was fast enough even with standered delivery which is free so go for it unless you are in a great hurry.
I have been ordering from ferns and petals since way back and so forth so good. I live out of India and am glad to have ferns and petals to deliver in India for their fine products. Best part is what you order is what you get and within the time schedule.
So, it's hard to find something like this online and sincerely F&P does what they propose to offer and I hope that they keep it that way with more amazing availability of options in future.
I ordered on 26th of October my dad's bday was on 28th of October i ordered crunchy almond flakes cake and they delivered some random 200 Rs. Cake and i paid 900 Rs. For that almond cake And in that 200 Rs. Cake I didn't showed a single almond inside or outside as well i ordered customized roller ballpen for my father but today its 11th of November still my ordered was not delivered once your payment done then no one will give you response they don't worry about your feelings your relation and more over I ordered from canada so they charged me double for international orders don't order frome this site this site is bull $#*! they all are money minded they don't care about international customer relation I will not prefer this company to anybody
