It was my mum's birthday and I placed an order in advance. Upon checking they told me that the delivery date is April 2nd instead of April 1st. I called them and also send an email with the screen shots but seems like their whole team have set template for all the queries.

I had orfered few products for my friend's daughter Birthday, I have received mail of order getting delivered. My friend received one order and other order he didn't receive though it shows me delivered. When I called customer service, they have registered wrong number under my order though address was correct and person told me that person will get back to me in 48 hours about my order which is very disappointing as wanted products to get delivered on same day of Birthday. Not happy with customer service this time, as I am regular customer of fern and petal and my previous experience was good.

I had a very bad experience with ferns and petals. Had ordered a photo frame, with order no #******* the frame came broken. I had asked for refund but the company said they won't since I replied back after 48 hours of delivery. The problem is with their delivery and they are not refunding. They charged me for the frame and the delivery. Yet this is the case very bad experience….

The design of the cake was spoiled at many places due to poor packing. The cake I ordered was chocolate base and cake I got was just bread and cream. So I felt cheated like I spend 1500/- for pathetic cream and Basi bread. Cake material quality was so so so bad that couldn't eat. There was neither knife nor candles with the order. Message card was also missing.
I also called customer care and their solution was only the disappointment.

Ordered a bouquet for my mother in India, absolutely let down with this company. I'm 100% certain they're a scam.
I ordered a particular expensive bouquet that had anthurium flowers in it. I also paid extra for an early morning delivery.
On the day of the delivery they emailed me saying that they didn't have stock of the anthuriums and purple statice (which is basically 2 out of the 3 types of flowers in the bouquet) and wanted to replace it with standard daisies or lilies. How can you replace the expensive flowers with cheaper ones and still charge the same? If you don't have stock, why are you selling it falsely on your website? Shocking.
Furthermore, I paid extra for a 9 am to 11 am delivery, they changed my delivery hours to 9 am to 3 pm. Also ripping me off further.
The bouquet that was delivered in the end looked NOTHING like the photos, the flowers were clearly damaged and browning at the edges.
They refunded only part of my entire order, even though they didn't deliver the actual bouquet I ordered. Please do not use this service, they are outright stealing your money.

I paid for birthday flower delivery, but it was not delivered.
First excuse was that the recipient did not respond on the phone.
The recipient was at the address given all day. This was an office address, the recipient could have been in a meeting all day, not in a position to answer calls.
Next, Fernsnpetals said they would deliver the following day. They did not.
The excuse? The address was incomplete.
I reminded them they delivered to the very same address last year.
I requested a refund, and they refused on the ground that the address was incomplete.

Answer: Don't order with them. They will take your money and then ignore you and give you all stories of why it couldn't be delivered. Rather go to another website. They are also handing out 20% discount vouchers for reviews, so all of these 5 start reviews cannot be trusted at all!

Answer: I can't say if they are fraud or not, but their service is terrible. Only 2/4 of my orders were delivered. Their customer service is non-existent. Just ignore the emails and mark it as spam. Don't order with them. Avoid!
