They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. Firstly they don't deliver the stuff and instead of resolving the issue they give lame excuse by saying " hope to serve you better next time". Are you serious? Who will put an oder again on your website when you have not served better in first time. I think so you guys make money by not delivering the item and still charging for it.
And by the way why there is no contact number on your website so that customers can contact you?
The Flowers were fresh and the Black Forest cake tasted good. Delivery was done within the window of time suggested. However, would have preferred the flowers in a vase. Very convenient, considering this was an overseas order with a 12 hour time difference. Thanks for making my mother's birthday special.

I ordered a bunch of roses priced at 499 excluding delivery charges. Wat I got disappointed me totally. A very small bunch. Pictures in the website are really misleading. Nothing for 700 rs(including delivery charges). Please don't fall prey to this. Hadn't included the message card i had mentioned also.

Not all roses were fresh and few had become black... when we purchase online we don't get to know such things... that too when we gifting someone... quality of things should be good enough... not happy this time with the product delivered... Kindly look into this

If you want to completely destroy your occasion than you should bank on them. Every person of their team is lying about your delivery. They don't realize the emotions of their customers, they are unable to timely deliver within 3 kms. Worst services. Highly not recommendable

Thanks to FnP, I could send flowers, chocolates and gifts to my girlfriend who stays in another city and my mom who travels sometimes. FNP also have reminders so that people like me don't forget birthdays and anniversary's.
If it wasn't for this site I don't think I would be as happy as I am today. I usually end up in fight when I miss remembering dates.

Worst experience is delivering rakhi on time. Tracking status dates remain the same but the product is not delivered.
Tickets are getting automatically closed without even addressing the issue. Delivery is still pending for more than 48 hours now but again status remains as 21st July'20.

I have placed order for pineapple pastry for my parents anniversary. The cake delivered was cheap butter cream cake from a local bakery which costs rs: 100. They charged me 5 times more the price and delivered a worst cake. Never ever going back to them.

I have ordered quite a few times from FNP. It's very good if you try to send cake or rakhi or any other gift to your beloved ones. I was quite satisfied with the quality, but I am a little bit dissatisfied with my last order. I ordered a plant, but the plant was looking unhealthy and some of the leaves turned yellow. I am not sure if it will survive or not.

Customer care also helped me placing my order as I was facing issue in Payment through Paytm. They placed my order and sent the direct payment link. My daughter sent me a bouquet for my birthday. For the size vs price, it was a complete rip off. Even that might not have been so bad, had the flowers been fresh. The white carnations already had brown petals and by the next day they had all wilted. F&P promised a replacement, but to date NOTHING! Never again!

Answer: Don't order with them. They will take your money and then ignore you and give you all stories of why it couldn't be delivered. Rather go to another website. They are also handing out 20% discount vouchers for reviews, so all of these 5 start reviews cannot be trusted at all!
