The order delivery was due for August 17,2024 but still not delivered, today is August 28,2024. They have no Customer Service and their LinkedIn page is also just fancy words and no action, no real ground work.
Overall, very poor service and highly unreliable. And they will charge you more than their competitors.
Avoid using FlowerAura at all costs.
I had a terrible experience with FlowerAura. I ordered a cake and rose bouquet for my wife's birthday, placing the order four days in advance. The delivery was scheduled for between 2 PM and 7 PM, but it didn't arrive until 10 PM. I started calling customer support at 7:45 PM and continued every 30 minutes. Each time, I received different excuses and was told to wait another 30 minutes.
The lack of coordination with the delivery person was frustrating — no calls or updates from them, just more lies from customer support. Ultimately, I had to order a cake from Swiggy, which arrived within 25 minutes. When FlowerAura finally delivered at 10 PM, the cake was in poor condition after the 4-hour delay, with excuses ranging from the delivery person's bike breaking down to traffic issues and bad weather.
In short, it was the worst customer support and product experience I've ever had. I will NEVER use them again.

Ordered cake and rakhi from Australia. The cake was well decorated but the real cake inside was smelly and spoiled. It was so embarrassing to know about it. I trusted and paid but you made fool of me. On complaint asking for photos as if you will get the real taste in photos. So dumb!
Hate such websites who break customer's trust. Living abroad we have only online options and these websites easily fool us by pictures.

Substandard quality plant! While ordering, in pictures, plants look all good but when you received plant it is worst! Quality is worse than road side nursery's plant. In the price range one can get way better and fresh plant from local nursery. One should not order from floweraura if its for special occasions

Before I was confirming the order I was asked if I wanted to double the number of rose from 10 to 20 PCs and I agreed. I just checked after the receipt r received the roses and it is half the quantity. This company is cheating customers as they think not all will complain.

Flower Aura is the Worst online Gifting Company. They promise and commit to deliver the product in a given timeline and then they never deliver the product. You will have to call them again and again and they will provide no resolutions. Flower Aura is a fraud company and never care for their customers. I had a nightmare experience with Flower Aura. This company should be banned from business and i will also file a case under consumer forum for the same. This company is run by cheaters and thieves who should be reported to police. I ordered roses on Valentine's day. The product is not delivered and if we connect with support, waiting for long time on chat they say hi and disconnect. I won't encourage this kind of sites who just triples money saying high demand and not even deliver it. Don't ever shop in this site. Worst service.

Had ordered cakes and flowers for my nephews birthday. Time slot for delivery was 3:00 PM- 6:00 PM. When order didn't reach on time. I tried to contact them on phone. It doesn't ring at all. Children were waiting to cut cake so i decided to buy from local shop. Customer care refused to cancel order and told me to wait 1 hour. Very unreliable and very bad customer service. After a lot of chat in WhatsApp customer care said delivery was delayed due to rains. I send a picture showing no rains since last one hour. Ordered 40 pink roses in a flower aura bag, First I was called and informed that pink roses ain't available, so they asked me if red ones would do, since I had no other option I said yes. And then those 40 red roses which were delivered were the most horrible flowers that I have seen till now. I'm extremely disappointed.
After complaining I was been told that they can deliver 10 complementary flowers, I asked them to deliver the same product again, to which the customer care executive says he would want the product that was delivered earlier in exchange.
They don't know how to keep a customer happy.

This is the most unprofessional site that I have come across. They swapped pictures of customers. They sent me a wrong order and neither did they replace it with the right photo in the frame and nor are they responding to emails. Don't even try calling them, because nobody ever picks up. Today is Rakhi and they have ruined my Planned surprise.

The flowers were delivered first thing in the morning. A gorgeous bouquet of Lilies, Carnations and Baby's breath. The Lilies are so fragrant - the whole apartment smells lovely. Overall a very positive experience. I will definitely order again from FlowerAura. Thank you!

My daughter from America ordered flowers as a surprise Valentine gift for me. Her mother.it's 6 in the evening and no news of the flowers. I tried calling customer care and someone in Delhi answered and was extremely rude and when I asked for the delivery guys number, he rudely replied that he does not have the number and all I need to do is wait. I live in blore and the company give it to third party people to deliver. Basically floweraura do not take responsibility for the commitment they promise on the website.
