Floweraura had such a bad service. I ordeed such an expensive Flower and cake for my wife. They charge premium few for Valentine's day & Delivery charges & still didn't deliver the order. Tried Reach out to customer service but phone was always busy & no call back. And via chat just a standard response in one line we will deliver your order today & no reply that by what time will they deliver. When asked to return the money & cancel the order, no response on that either. They are fraud. I should have ferns n petals or should have called any local flower shop instead of there service for the first time.
Ordered flowers from USA to be delivered in Chennai. Flowers were not delivered under the pretext that address was not correct, even tho it was. If you are ordering from overseas this is not a trusted vendor, spend your money elsewhere.
Kamal was very patient, courteous & efficient in handling my orders. I placed them from USA, so initially there was a glitch with payment going through. But this was efficiently taken care of. Very pleased.

This is the worst service provider. Bumped into it today but is total waste. Same day delivery was committed online and payments taken. Now no one pics up call at customer service center. Please do not use their service. Their reviews are worst online as well which I checked after placing my order. If anyone of the team is reading this please update on Order Id *******

The quality of flowers was very poor. It was worst. I felt ashamed when the person who received it told me the whole scenario. There were black spots on petals and it looked very old flowers. Its really very non-sense and ridiculous on your part. Money doesn't matter but the quality matters. Hope not to have any future corresponding with you. My rating for your store is 0 even in minus.
Firstly, took my money for a midnight delivery and then not doing so. (Understandably with the COVID 19) but did they offer to refund the extra charge? NO! Then they get the date wrong despite me confirming the date.
The cake ordered was rancid and crumbly. The roses died anything 24 hours.
They offered to do nothing but give me back a lousy Rs 250. Atrocious customer service. Please save your money. Never order from floweraura.

First of all the reception desk will yell at you to understand, worst everything. Whatever was ordered came when it was dark and no longer needed. Its their job to deliver it on time as promised while charging extra on your order, stay the hell away, stick to ferns and petals.

Total disappointed by this site, nothing delivers on time & always partial delivery of orders, i have ordered roses along with cake, the stupid delivery boy delivered only cake even after asking that if there is something else, & after half an hour asking for the same, he said he forgot.
I ordered chocolate cake for my mum birthday they provided me with a coffee and it was supposed to be delivered by morning, the cake and flowers came in the evening the flowers were not even fresh, terrible service and high prices compared to the stores, stay away from this guys if you dont want to get cheated

Ordered a cake for my brother and they have delivered a damaged cake. And charged 200 for delivery fees for 10 km. NEVER EVERY buy from floweraura. And the response i got form them is adding 200 cash in account or a sorry note. They just ruined the dat. I wish there was half star for rating
Extremely unprofessional and pathetic service as the order is processed wrongly and not on time. They charge for higher price item and delivers something else and so embarrassing to find out that when the item reaches your loved ones that is not which you delivered. Will never use the service and they don't has disappointing experience. Fraudsters!

Floweraura.com are the worst service ever. My order was terribly messed up; I ordered white roses and orchids, they delivered red and yellow roses and they offered me 100 Rupees as compensation on my next order, like i will be using their pathetic excuse of a business ever again.
Looking into their business, I notice they delete any and all negative feed back to give them selves a good customer service rating. Unethical business practices will warn everyone I know, not to use this service.

Ordered for planters worth about 2k. To gift away on the occasion of a inauguration... Parcel arrived 48 hours after the scheduled delivery... No apologies, no remorse shown... a curt mail telling me that there is no policy of a refund. Even when they have totally failed to deliver the product... Bunch of irresponsible thieves, thugs...
