Extremely unprofessional and pathetic service as the order is processed wrongly and not on time. They charge for higher price item and delivers something else and so embarrassing to find out that when the item reaches your loved ones that is not which you delivered. Will never use the service and they don't has disappointing experience. Fraudsters!

Floweraura.com are the worst service ever. My order was terribly messed up; I ordered white roses and orchids, they delivered red and yellow roses and they offered me 100 Rupees as compensation on my next order, like i will be using their pathetic excuse of a business ever again.
Looking into their business, I notice they delete any and all negative feed back to give them selves a good customer service rating. Unethical business practices will warn everyone I know, not to use this service.

Ordered for planters worth about 2k. To gift away on the occasion of a inauguration... Parcel arrived 48 hours after the scheduled delivery... No apologies, no remorse shown... a curt mail telling me that there is no policy of a refund. Even when they have totally failed to deliver the product... Bunch of irresponsible thieves, thugs... Delivery was too late as per schedule delivery time.
Love And Peace flower bouquet & Fluffy Bunch teddy bouquet was too good, presentation, freshness of flowers and quality of teddy was good.
Ordered Black forest cake as well, it was the worst part. Not even Black forest its just a simple chocolate cake without any presentation on cake.
Cake completely spoiled our b'day celebrations. And finally ordered from local bakery. No birthday card along with order.
This what they admit: delivery boy delivered a wrong cake.

This is the worst service I have received so far. First I ordered a chocolate truffle cake and they sent whatever they wanted to send. Secondly, the delivery person just called and said that I am standing in sector 124, although it was not mentioned in the address given, and it will take 150 rs more to deliver to your address and we agreed to it as we didn't want to spoil our day and still the cake which was delivered to us was completely spoiled
Today I had placed total four orders in the morning hours. I had some doubt about me special messages on the gift items and thus approached Mr Kamal on live chat. I was very much impressed with the polite talking and prompt action on my required matters relating to the orders. He done the job without wasting any time. Big cheat... beware of him... making money by cheating people. Not delivering after taking order online. He boasts of starting FA as his girlfriend was not delivered bouquet by a florist. But now he is also doing the same. Shame on him!

I had ordered a bouquet of teddies from their website. They order was placed and payment was successful.
Then i get a message that the same color of teddies is not available can we change it to pink and white instead to which i agreed. I requested them to send me the picture of the bouquet before delivery to ensure if it was appropriate and they did not do so. Finally i was horrified with what was delivered and have written to them multiple times to take it back and refund the money but now nobody is responding. They sent a bundle of local road side pink teddies that look like pigs just tied together in a cluster. Their service is horrible and most untrustworthy. They really can ruin any special occasion stay away from them.

Seems like they are not serious about taking orders. I ordered a kitty cake yesterday for my 11 years old niece on her birthday. I did write special instructions and a note for her so they can pass it on. When they delivered cake, note she received was saying "happy chocolate days and teddy day to beautiful lady".
Ordered fresh flowers for my dad as a surprise, received stale flowers instead. When I tried contacting them on their chat service, they refused to respond back. I'm gonna contact my credit card company for their horrible service. This is unacceptable.

Placed an order on 22 oct, now it shows that the product is delivered but still i dont receive anything. For the follow up i contact them and not its been 3 days they are just saying its pending from there courier company side. And they totally making excuses and blaming other company. Its really unprofessional, i placed order to trust flower aura not the other company so its there responsibility to take cake of the thing and make sure the delivery is on time. I have ordered twice from this site.
Both times my experience was nice to place the order and the customer support team was helpful enough to accommodate a few customizations. This was really helpful.
One suggestion to Floweraura, please add a good, premium selection of chocolates in same-day delivery. Regular chocolates anyone can get from the corner shop. For the special gifts need special chocolates. Some nice dark chocolate will be a very good addition.
This is the worst site that I have come across. There support team is unprofessional, my order was suppose to deliver on 6Aug 2020, I am sending multiple emails every day, contacting with there chat support every day from 6 th aug they are telling order is dispatched, working with team, will share tracking id and still I haven't received it. I would recommend all of you to never order from FlowerAura they will ruined the surprise

I ordered a Rakhi on 17 Aug that is to be delivered in London by 21 Aug as per floweraura. But the Rakhi was delivered on 1 Sep. Their Customer executive promised that Rakhi will be delivered before 31 Aug. I called them many times about the problem but they did nothing. They wasted my time and energy. In future I will never order anything from Floweraura. Very bad service. As it was compulsory to give rating so I gave 1 star otherwise I would have given 0 star.

Ordered two cakes from here. One cake didn't deliver when it was supposed to be. Next day night they delivered the cake when the occasion was gone. The other cake came upside down and they gave some body's else message card. Attaching the picture with the review. This is how we received cake. Don't waste your money on this website

Answer: I was also confused after reading the reviews... but my experience with them was gud... i had ordered pineapple cake and chocolates on my brother's anniversary... they delivered my order in fixed time( within 3 hrs) and the cake was fresh and tasty... cant say about flowers as i have not ordered them...
