I did not receive this order, yet the emails indicate that it has been delivered. This discrepancy raises serious concerns, and I can't help but feel that I am being misled. It feels like a broad daylight robbery, which is absolutely unacceptable.
As a customer, I expect honesty and transparency from your service. Instead, I am faced with frustration and confusion regarding my order status. This lack of accountability not only affects my trust in your company but also reflects poorly on your business practices.
I urge you to provide a clear and immediate explanation of what is happening with my order and to rectify this situation as soon as possible.
Why are you lying blatantly when the delivery of the apologetic bouquet has still not arrived at my house? The screenshot below states that it has been delivered, but it has not been received.
This is absolutely ridiculous. I am done with this situation and feel compelled to return to consumer court to file a case against FlowerAura for cheating. I intend to recover all the money I have lost, including any court fees, along with additional compensation for the continuous lies communicated through emails and WhatsApp messages.
Please refer to the email trails below. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate, there is still no clarity on the actions being taken by FlowerAura. This ongoing lack of communication and resolution reflects a significant failure in the florist industry. As a customer, I expect transparency and accountability, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism in handling customer concerns.

Dear Floweraura,
For my order number *******, I am escalating this issue to your higher management and will also expose FlowerAura on social media to ensure that this does not happen to other customers, at least in Mysore. I will make sure that FlowerAura's reputation is tarnished, as you promised to send chocolates, but the chocolates delivered were only worth 10 rupees, which does not match the 1,895 rupees I paid.
I received my Order *******, but it only contained 23 flowers, while the description on the website indicates otherwise. Please see the screenshot below.
To my surprise, I again received very old flowers that are not fresh, contrary to what was described in the picture on the website. Please see the attached image below.images for your reference as received.This was our wedding anniversary, and we received such disappointing deliveries.
If I do not hear from FlowerAura by tomorrow morning at 10 AM, I will take this matter to consumer court regarding this repeated issue. I will seek compensation for all related court costs and damages.

I ordered and paid on 23rd december for my special day 27th december supposed to deliver my gift to my family in zwickau germany but Anket shared me this track and committed today it will deliver at any cost 28th December 2023 and now your company FNP one of manager asking me to wait one more day so total 3 days for one gift which you people missed it and asking me to wait one more day? Then why today morning 2pm I received your exactive called and confirming the gift is out for driver and it will deliver any time today 28th december. I ordered Cake and chocolates for my brother's 1st Wedding Anniversary to be delivered on 14/2/2021 between 6:00 to 15:00hrs time slot and I paid extra for it but guess what not yet delivered. Its 7pm ordering cake from Australia and not being delivered on time and to celebrate anniversary my brother's bought another cake yeahhh well done flowerauro
Called the number 65 times and picked up once and the lady on phone said mam are you sure you ordered from Floweraura as our orders doesn't starts with 51 and damn I was like did I just got scammed by someone. Checked the email it was floweraura and told the lady its floweraura only and then she checked the order number and put me on hold and later told me that it's been processing and when I told her that its was time bond, she put me on hold again and boom phone disconnected yeahhhh and called again after 64th attempt, call got picked up and after listening to order number call drops that's what you can expect from a business who runs just for fun. No business ethics. Got an email saying sorry due to Valentine's the orders are not being delivered on time, mate if you know it don't pick the orders and ruin our celebrations rather than cancel the order so we can order from somewhere else but no you want to make money and damn care about people's orders. We will deliver when we want too. That's how floweraura works. This is how you guys run a business? Atleast buy more numbers so customer can call you easily rather than listening to this apke dwara dial kia gya number busy hai please dubara call kare. Just provide people with atleast more numbers to call. Orders I have seen how it works and contacting you is worst.

Making money is good but ruining someone's celebrations are not good. Please please please don't take orders in future if you can't deliver on time. People will appreciate you for your rightful actions then being angry at your delay orders.
