Worst experience. They will take the money online first, not deliver on the given day and will deliver to someone else latter on. Their seniors do not even know whom it was delivered to and will try to convince you on phone that it was delivered to the right person. Beware of ordering from Floweraura. Never experienced such a thing ever. Ferns & Petals (FNP) is much much better than such online outlets. I have also written so many mails to complaint for the incident on 9th March but all in vain.
Never order from Floweraura. U will see some positive paid comments, ignore them. Very unprofessional company. They will take your money and wont deliver. Never ever order from them. Their customer service is worst. No one answers phone. On email also they wont reply. Bunch of crooks are running this company.

The customer service was very responsive. I'd a problem with payment with overseas credit card. The online chat representative patently provided an alternative for me. Later, although they initially said they don't have the particular product I ordered in stock, they found the specific product and shipped it the same day.
Overall a terrible experience. Customer care people very arrogant. I will never use this service again... thumbs down

I ordered flowers and a black forest cake for my wife on Valentines day and Floweraura really screwed up the occasion. They delivered flowers that were almost dead and a cake that was completely smashed beyond recognition. If I was running a business, I would be ashamed to deliver such products to my customers. On top of that, their chat service was not helpful at all. When i managed to get someone online, all they did was say "Hi, how may I help you" and that was the end of the chat. No one responded after that. They didn't even wrap the flowers in the correct paper. I have uploaded pictures showing what I ordered (Website photo) and what was delivered to my wife.
Very bad experience. Had ordered 2 plants. The plants came out of the soil, leaves were wilted. Raised a complaint and they didn't do anything and said they'll take care of the quality from next time and gave me suggestions on how to take care of the plant. Totally unprofessional
Good service from customer agents Manish and Kamal - right from pre-order queries to post order modifications - I had 2 orders to be delivered on the same they did not arrive on the same day, arrived a day early but at least not late. I ordered the red love carnation potted plant which did not look like the picture but that is fine as its nature and not machine built.

Worst service
They take money for fixed time delivery and deliver post the committed time and then defend themselves by saying as per our vendor we have delivered your order within the time slot.
If you cant keep the commitment of delivering on time then why charge so much amount for fixed delivery option. Worth less

I ordered a new year bouquet for my parents. Firstly they deliver it in the afternoon where I specifically mentioned to be delivered in the morning before 7. Also the bouquet had no message details from to sender details. Worst experience. Either don't mention things on site, if u do mention then deliver for customer satisfaction.
Hey guys don't use this company they are fraud. I ordered a cake and flowers for same day delivery but they didn't deliver it and I thought may be they will do next day but my family didn't get anything and I received a confirmation email that my order is delivered and I was shocked how can somebody do that. I was looking to surprise my wife with a perfect present. Thanks to FlowerAura! I found a personalised table lamp at their app. My wife totally loved it. Cx team have regularly sent the order information till the time it gets delivered and even i got the discount on order and got the order in the very next day. They spoilt my day. The order is supposed to arrive today but still they haven't confirmed the order till now. Customer service guys are just bunch of illiterate morons. They are so arrogant and they speak like they own the company. In the end my order was not taken, even after I sent them payment confirmation and questioned them why didn't you take my order they responded

They take full payment for cake and flowers and then deliver only the cake. Flowers were not delivered at all. And, the cake came totally smudged. This is the second time I had such bad service and I will never order from this site again. Totally useless and waste of money and spoiled my special day.

I have ordered 3 products one to germany and other 2 are to India only. But they never update tracking. For international one not even tracking ID. So please don't order in this website completely fraud. Customer service also very poor and never reply to mail. They never deliver ordered products always misses something and with mandatory delay

Fraud company which delivers fraud services. Stop cheating customers, your website shows some other flower images and you deliver wrong ones. Your website is deceptive and customer service is terrible. You refuse to refund money despite ruining and completely spoiling an occasion. Not recommended at all!
