Fraud company which delivers fraud services. Stop cheating customers, your website shows some other flower images and you deliver wrong ones. Your website is deceptive and customer service is terrible. You refuse to refund money despite ruining and completely spoiling an occasion. Not recommended at all!
I would have rated 5 Star if the price section would be available from 300 onward. But even though I liked the service, the variety of the cakes, offers. I will definitly order a cake on next birthday for my dear ones. I am very excited.

I bought flowers to be sent to my girlfriend. They arrived on time even after I changed the time to something earlier in the day. She was happy with how the looked. Realizing they sent the wrong vase, I contacted them and they were more than willing to exchange for the correct one. But she wanted to keep the very small one to use for something else. But with in 24 hours (morning of next day) the roses started to wilt and dry. I contacted to ask why and what do they normally do in this case seeing I have sent flowers before and they last at least 4 days. I was told its because of the heat... we are in a AC home. I talk to a few other employees only to be left on hold. No real response.

While promising 2 hrs and same day delivery, they never deliver on time. No commitments for time maintained. Even when the delivery was after 3 days, order was not placed saying delivery address (office) was closed. When I traced order while working the same day and contacted for help, delivery in next two days was scheduled without even contacting. Very very annoying. In Another order Cakes flowers were delivered when birthday was over. No more orders now. Please dont spoil someone's day by not keeping the delivery promises.

Don't use this service. Worst delivery service. No response from mail and chat. Customer call number is always busy. When we are posting comments on their Facebook page, they are deleting the comments and blocked us to put more comments on it.
I am kind of disappointed. The cake was entirely different (looked classy) in the picture but when the cake arrived, it seemed like it was made in some local bakery. Would not recommend photo cakes to anyone

But the flower quality is pathetic. All semi dried roses. Few almost perished rose petals. Very disappointed by the quality.

The company is fraud. Customer service does not exist. Phone number no one answers. Even if someone answers the phone they are rude and will put you on hold. The chat session are unresponsive and rude.
Orders are either never delivered and all sort of excuses are made like phone number not contactable, no one home etc where as they never tried to attempt the delivery.
Excuse of flowers are perishable and thus your order is complete even when never attempted a delivery is a fraud.
Avoid this company at all costs
