Not a reliable service at all, we had ordered pink roses with greeting card for Mother's day but got some random flowers without greeting card. Talk about ruining the moment. They will send something you don't intend. Avoid them
Awful flowers delivered. Almost dead. Did not even last a day. When complained they refused any replacement and just held up their hands! I will definitely not order from them again nor would I recommend anyone else doing so.

I wanted to visit my wife in person and surprise her with gifts but unfortunately, because of COVID everything turned upside down. However, I thought I could still surprise her by ordering a few treats from Floweraura. I order a couple of products and I was very particular about the delivery date to deliver exactly on the anniversary. Guess what they did, one product was delivered 5 days before the requested date. It's no longer a surprise now.
Still was hoping at least the flower will get delivered as expected but that's even worse; a delayed delivery. More than the messed up delivery, the quality of the product that pushed me to write this review. Take a look at the flower that got delivered, an utterly dried rose. Can't ask for anymore embarrassment.
One good thing is, this anniversary finally ended up as the most memorable day after all. Thanks to YOU floweraura.
They don't value customer's time. Spent more than 2 hours on chat with various unethical support team agents and each time they kept me waiting for long without telling what is happening. Had to make couple of long international calls to find out why my order was not delivered at committed time.

Best place to order cakes and flowers! I have been using their service for the past 3 to 4 years. They will only remind you of birthdays coming up.!
Had ordered cake and flowers and suddenly decided the give a suprise by getting it a day earlier so we can celebrate at night itself.
Very simple just chat with Karishma their representative and in a minute the change was done. No hassles.

Don't waste your money on FlowerAura. They don't mean business they screw your time money and energy. Never spoil your best occasions with them. The main aim is to make sure the payment gets through, only then they will let you know what they CAN'T do.
My partner's special day was not so special for both of us due to Flower Bloody Aura. I paid whooping money, I chased them to the edge to do their job, and I fought with their delivery driver and never-ending chat session all through my work hours. Dint deliver anything on time, literally anything. I placed 2 different orders (Various products) for the same day nothing ever reached my partner as per the promised time (I paid extra money for particular delivery slots). You will be doing their job too, these guys are such a joke no serious business here, pretty slack. Never again with this website. Extremely Disappointed!

My husband had ordered for a red velvet bouquet from flower aura for my Bday. First of all, what he had received is a wrong status update of delivery reaching the recipient.
Courier boy has not even picked the order but he had got a message saying that the item has been delivered. Upon serious follow ups the flower at last reached me. What they have shown in picture is completely different from what I received. Neither it had white fillers nor wrapped up with proper red paper.

This is really the worst service ever that I known. Initially we placed an order, Money deducted from account and not delivered. When I MADE A CALL, they said they can't deliver to the given location and Money didn't refunded so far. It's been more than 15 days now. Very unprofessional. Never ever suggest to anyone. Keep away from these cheaters.
The products on the FlowerAura site are really nice you can order anything without giving a second thought to it.
And customer support is also good.
I had some issues with my order which were easily resolved over the call by Manish. So thank you for the same.

I don't know the people those who are there in their so called 'customer service department' even knows the real meaning of a customer! When I called them repeatedly to explain my issue neither they were able to calm me down nor they were speaking properly. Adding to this the lady executive whom I spoke to disconnected my call and was not picking up my call later. What are you guys up to? I think this site is getting low rating only because of their lack of coordination and service. Do something guys, otherwise u won't be getting any satisfaction on first day of every month when you get your salary. Good for nothing lazy bastards..
Such a worst service. Didn't do delivery on time and refusing to refund on cancellation of order. Customer care executives r giving fake assurance till placing order and not responding properly after that. Never go for this..

Spoiled Valentine's Day by not delivering on time. They should not take more orders than they can deliver. It was very frustrating to go through the day just waiting, no apologies from their side either. Thoroughly unprofessional
Flowers & gift are not synchronized - would be delivered at a different time/date -which isn't very reasonable.
The customer service was too reluctant to help and said they could not commit to anything.
The bouquet that arrived also did not match the description/picture. It looks like a hollow basket with sticks in it. Why am I not surprised?
