My daughter from America ordered flowers as a surprise Valentine gift for me. Her mother.it's 6 in the evening and no news of the flowers. I tried calling customer care and someone in Delhi answered and was extremely rude and when I asked for the delivery guys number, he rudely replied that he does not have the number and all I need to do is wait. I live in blore and the company give it to third party people to deliver. Basically floweraura do not take responsibility for the commitment they promise on the website.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day well in advance (1 week before) for morning slot. But they didn't deliver the flowers. They simply updated the status to delivered at late night without delivering the product. When I checked their Instagram page I saw many other people reporting similar complaints about product not being delivered, I also noticed they deleted all our comments and refused to give the refund
If anyone is looking to buy flowers please please buy from other websites like fnp: they are not so good but not frauds like flower aur
PS: they don't allow 1 star review on their web I tried several times

Very unprofessional, see the photos to see the reality. How lazy can they be - hand written print with a celo tape!. They sent me a wrong order and neither did they replace it with the right photo and nor are they responding to emails. Don't even try calling them, because nobody ever picks up. Today is my moms birthday and they have ruined my Planned surprise.

Hello All, I wanted to deliver flower on the occasion of valentines day 2020. I paid 749 for a flower bouquet. I have not received the order. There is no way contact them and worst customer service. Please don't go for this company. They are worst in the market.
Taste and presentation of cake is so amazing! They have multiple options for every occasion. I am ordering with them from past 3 years and i never have any complaints... just amazing! Thank you flower aura: -)

Ordered an expensive bouquet from Floweraura as a gift for someone. Later on I learnt that they delivered a cheaper bouquet of same flowers. They admitted that it was a mistake from their side but didn't agree to refund the difference in price of the two bouquets.
As per their reviews from different websites, it is clear that this was an intentional mess up. They deliver cheaper items when you order items as gifts as it is less likely that the actual customer ever comes to know about it.
This is a cheap way of making money. I strongly recommend you to block them.

FlowerAura executive calls and asks me if I need to place any order, I tell them I am looking at some options which are not available at given location. They tell me they can place the order at their end and it will be delivered on time, I only need to pay. Two days later, on the date of delivery, I am called after the delivery slot is over that they cannot deliver the same product and I'm supposed to choose among children's birthday cakes to send as anniversary cake to my husband. Refund of the order will take 3-5 days.

Ordering process had difficulty - will say overall it was minor. Customer service called as probably they recognized someone on the site for some time but were more interested in knowing if I am able to make the payment and not if I needed help with anything else on the site. The delivery was on time but the product delivered was terrible. Greeting card was empty when the site had the text and review of the order showed the text. The chocolates were all melted and flowers were dead. Rated 2 stars because I was able to connect to customer service after ordering without any issue. Maybe should rate 0 star (if that was an option) or 1 star. I don't recommend them and won't give them another chance. The cost was about $1,750 for the order.

I've had mixed experience with this website. They have at times delivered good quality fresh flowers and at times very stake ones too. But when I left my review on their website, their supervisor got in touch with me and got a small complimentary bouquet delivered. However, the next time again the quality was compromised.

I am kind of disappointed. The cake was entirely different (looked classy) in the picture but when the cake arrived, it seemed like it was made in some local bakery. Would not recommend photo cakes to anyone

Ordered Rakhi this year well in advance to be delivered in Switzerland. It was delivered 8 days after Rakhi, I had to chase them for updates. No responsibility taken by anyone. Refused a refund as the Rakhi was delivered doesn't matter if it was 8 days after the occassion. Absolutely terrible service and will never use them again. If you want items delivered on time plz stay away from these people.

I place order for Rakhi with sweets and select delivery date 16th August 2024 before three day of Rakxshabandhan, online tracking show that they delivered parcel on 19th August but actually receiver didn't get parcel, I was try to contact customer care and ask that if they delivered than give me proof of delivery but they can't and only says that our courier partner confirm that they delivered. So I request to all reader who read my post not choose Flower Aura, If you choose them than you lost your money.

This site and people who work here are cheaters and they had pathetic reasons for not delivering your products. They charge you hell for stupid and simple products and will not refund even when they don't deliver. They think they can do that and I'm afraid to tell you that i made the payment from America and ordered rakhi for my brother in India. I've already filed the case in my bank,blacklist your business and now you deal with the bank and may got fined for charging wrongly. 100 of times I called you guys and told to deliver at door but you didn't do it. Now face the circumstances for what you did. Learn something from other sites to grow not by cheating. Also you have the audacity to show wrong order status and emailing me that it is not delivered. Are you fooling public now it's your turn to pay all.

I am just here to share my horrible experience with Floweraura, so that you guys can browse a couple of more options before expecting to delight your loved ones. Don't expect the right color roses because you ordered so, don't bother coming up with any heartfelt message because they are not going to write it. It doesn't matter what you tell them to write on cake because that's not going to happen either. And, definitely not expect to have a good quality cake because at the end there's some calculations to save the money in between for the goods you ordered and what they would like to deliver. Not saying, it will happen to you but if it does, do not expect anything from customer service because they will throw the most common regretful line in your face and promise that it will not happen in future.

If you ever want to send flowers to India, please do NOT ever use the florist by the name of Flower Aura. The bouquet of orchids and roses, which I ordered for my mother, were all dying within a day. This company is a total rip-off!

Answer: I was also confused after reading the reviews... but my experience with them was gud... i had ordered pineapple cake and chocolates on my brother's anniversary... they delivered my order in fixed time( within 3 hrs) and the cake was fresh and tasty... cant say about flowers as i have not ordered them...
