I am just here to share my horrible experience with Floweraura, so that you guys can browse a couple of more options before expecting to delight your loved ones. Don't expect the right color roses because you ordered so, don't bother coming up with any heartfelt message because they are not going to write it. It doesn't matter what you tell them to write on cake because that's not going to happen either. And, definitely not expect to have a good quality cake because at the end there's some calculations to save the money in between for the goods you ordered and what they would like to deliver. Not saying, it will happen to you but if it does, do not expect anything from customer service because they will throw the most common regretful line in your face and promise that it will not happen in future.
