I bought flowers for my grandmother, who is mourning the passing of my 105 year old great-grandmother. I couldn't attend the funeral because eI live in USA and she lives in the Dominican Republic. The flowers are terrible. I asked for a refund and they said "We offer you a discount code for the same amount as the bouquet." They do not even want to refund me fir the horrible quality. I am so disappointed and heartbroken!

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and what she received was totally different from what I had ordered. They outsource their florist. What was delivered arrived a day late, the flowers were wilted, the vase was cheap and it looked like something that you can purchase from the supermarket. After contacting customer service, their solution was $15 credit to use on future purchases and a refund of $20 which was a joke. I have attached the photos of what I ordered and what was received. Stay away from this company if you'd like to avoid the disappointment and headache. Their motto "At FloraQueen your satisfaction is our priority" should be discarded because their customer service quality is just like their flowers; junk.

Ordered flowers for a specific day which was confirmed on their site. Then it changed to the day after. They 'apparently' then tried to deliver the flowers 3 times but said they couldnt find the place or the person was not home. This is a development that has 24/7 security and office. No way to speak to anyone as there is no phone number, nobody called me to ask where they can deliver. DO NOT USE!

I requested flowers for wedding on a certain date and two days after requested date still no delivery. While they reimbursed my money at my request they created tears sadness on what should have been a happy day for my sister. Not even a apology! D not use these guys for anything

06/14/22 I ordered a bouquet for my wife, for a family celebration, with delivery on 06/17/22.
The bouquet was delivered on 06/20/22.
The bouquet looked cheap, all the flowers were dried up, the vase was not worth the money, the celebration was ruined.
The support service does not solve anything, they sent a discount coupon for the next order.

I ordered a bouquet for my best friend's milestone birthday which was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. It took them 4 days to handover a very mediocre arrangement which was largely overcharged. Customer service was simply useless, I had to send several enquiries before obtaining the unacceptable answer that "none of their florists were available"! My advice: do not use this company!

You order but they don't deliver, you have no account, no email address to chase, no telephone number to ring except a pre-recorded number telling you to enter you're order details online but this is impossible as you are never sent one and basically don't exist. I've had to go back to the credit card to raise a charge back! I wish I had done a review search online before as they have dreadful feedback…Don't use
