It would be nice to have an intermediate email between order confirmation and package-on-doorstep. I found your site through an Instagram ad and bought the shirts on faith that it was legit. It was, and I am very happy with my purchases! But silence from vendors always makes me a little nervous. So, if possible, I'd suggest some sort of email when the items have begun production with an estimate of likely ship date, etc. Thanks

I ordered medium in a short sleeve shirt. It was very long, especially between shoulder and bottom of armhole. Perhaps this is because it is unisex. I did like the material and design on front. Switching to smaller size was still going to questionable fit, so instead will give to my daughter-in-law..

I was disappointed with the service I received from Flock and Feathers. I wanted a different size for two tank tops I ordered, and they would not do an even exchange for me. I had to order two more shirts and spend more money than I wanted to and was left with two shirts that I can't do anything with. Very disappointed. I will not be shopping with this company again.

Shirts and designs are good. Purchase and shipping not great at all. When I emailed to ask why it had not shipped yet, was told shirts are made per order and can take 5-15 days to ship! That information is NOT disclosed anywhere during the shopping and check out steps, and it's just odd altogether. Plus I responded to their ad on Instagram where it says they are closing down their line, yet I kept getting promo emails right after purchase for all their inventory. Just weird overall.

I love this tank top! It's very comfortable and great for the summer.It's very fun, unique,and cute with duck popping out the pocket! I recommend it to anyone with fun and funny personality!

I placed an order on 8/15. You didn't process the order until 8/30! Prior to that you inquired about my experience. When I stated I hadn't received the merchandise, you then processed my order. You are again asking about my experience & the order hasn't arrived yet! It isn't supposed to arrive until 9/10. It was a birthday gift for 8/30. I thought 2 weeks was plenty of time to process & ship an order - obviously not as it took 2 weeks just to process the order.

Always please with the quality. Graphics are clear and material is solid after a few washing's.

The order process was quick and easy but I'm disappointed in the package tracking. The number provided doesn't work, not sure if it's Flock & Feather's fault or DHL (also who still uses DHL?!) but in a world where packages are stolen off porches all the time, it's disappointing not to have tracking. For all I know it was already delivered and stolen…

I ordered twice from this website. First time - 4 men's T shirts, all very soft and comfortable. That's why I came back.
My second order was also 4 shorts, but this time it seems they're not all from the same material, some don't even have a label and some are super soft, but others not.
A bit disappointed since the fist order made me really like the quality and brought me back. I don't know if I'll order from here again.

Easy ordering and delivery. I tad bit expensive for the weight of the shirt

The designs are beautiful but are sadly printed on low-quality scratchy "bottom shelf" Hanes T-shirts. The return policy is not great. They first offered only a 20% discount on future purchases plus free shipping. When I protested, they put forth a convoluted return policy in which I have to email a bunch of details to them and pay my own shipping. I'm out $50 and won't be coming back. The tank top fabric was softer and a pretty garmet overall but this was not worth the overall hassle and the risk of buying low-quality products.

Returned shirt via USPS. Received by F & F. Several emails to negotiate a refund. Seemed to difficult for them to do. I must re visit their site and order another shirt.

I ordered the hoodie for my granddaughter for Christmas. It arrived after Christmas, but she loves it and intends to wear it a lot at college.(so she says) Her family has pet chickens (13) and knows them by name. So the hoodie has significance.

I placed an order on July 27 and my item did not ship until August 11. I reached out to their customer support for any update on my order; I never received a response. Instead, I just get an automated email stating that my item shipped- 2 days after. Terrible customer service. Not sure about the quality of the product since I have yet to receive it. I would not recommend or make a repeat purchase.

I ordered 3 t-shirts and immediately got a confirmation email. I didn't receive notice that they had shipped for over a week so I inquired about the status of my order. They immediately responded that each order was individually made. After about a week I received notice that it had been shipped and then got the product a few days later. I'm quite impressed with the quality of the material, and the size was accurate based on the size chart. The regular updates on my order were apprec.

The green mountain sunrise shirt is a great color and is really soft. The graphic seems like it will hold up to washing very well! Love it!

I placed order a month ahead of date needed. It took over 2 weeks for order to ship and the another 2 weeks to arrive causing me to not have gifts in time. The quality of images on shirts is very washed out and blurry. Colors and images on shirt are in no way as vibrant as shown on website. When I contacted customer service I received a generic response that didn't answer my question. I will never order from Flock and Feather again.

These are screenprinted basic Hanes tshirts. Not soft or flattering shape. Very disappointed in the quality for the price.
