Order shipped quicker than expected. Shirts are great quality and true to size. The only issue was the light gray shirt has discoloration in the shape of a square from the screen printing that didn't wash out
I ordered medium in a short sleeve shirt. It was very long, especially between shoulder and bottom of armhole. Perhaps this is because it is unisex. I did like the material and design on front. Switching to smaller size was still going to questionable fit, so instead will give to my daughter-in-law..
I've purchased 7 T-shirts from Flock and Feathers (so far) and have been very happy with the design and quality. I really like how you can choose the design and the T-shirt color to suit personal taste. Shipping is reasonable for a small company and the subscription texts are not overwhelming.
The tshirt I purchased was a strange fit and I wanted to return it. I was told they don't take returns. Beware! Online clothing retailer that does not accept returns is a poor business practice. I'll shop with more customer focused companies in the future, not this one.
I had previously had a successful order from Flock and Feathers a couple of years ago. Fairly quick shipping and all of my items showed up. This time around, it took 4 weeks for my order to arrive and I was missing an item.
I have ordered from Flock and Feathers multiple times. The shirts and designs are high quality and I am deeply satisfied with my purchases. I have received many compliments on my shirts! I will continue to order from this company in the future.
I was disappointed with the service I received from Flock and Feathers. I wanted a different size for two tank tops I ordered, and they would not do an even exchange for me. I had to order two more shirts and spend more money than I wanted to and was left with two shirts that I can't do anything with. Very disappointed. I will not be shopping with this company again.
Everything arrived as promised and well packaged. I was alerted ahead of time that the sizing was a bit small and it was recommended that I order up a size. I usually wear a medium, so I ordered everything in Large. They fit okay, but are still a little more fitted than I would like. I live in a hot, humid environment, so I enjoy something a little roomier around me. Maybe they could offer a "relaxed fit?"
That said, the designs are beautiful, the fabric is soft and comfortable to wear. I'm happy with my purchases from them and would definitely recommend. If it wasn't for the sizing issue, I would give them 5 stars. I also ordered a hoodie as a gift for my daughter, but am saving it for Christmas, so we'll see how she likes that!
For $20 a shirt you expect them to come pre-washed. Size up! They will shrink an entire size. Washed on cold and dried on low. All 4 shirts I ordered are now worthless. Great designs. But even an 8$ shirt from target is ore washed and doesn't shrink a size…
The order process was quick and easy but I'm disappointed in the package tracking. The number provided doesn't work, not sure if it's Flock & Feather's fault or DHL (also who still uses DHL?!) but in a world where packages are stolen off porches all the time, it's disappointing not to have tracking. For all I know it was already delivered and stolen…

I wore this shirt once, and could only handle it for about an hour because the fabric is SO rough! It felt like sandpaper on my skin. This business claims their products are on "legendary soft style fabric". What a joke! I even washed the shirt before I wore it, hoping that might soften it up. The design was super creative, but unfortunately its printed on Gildan brand shirts (the ones you can buy for $2.99 at a craft store). Therefore, this t-shirt is going to stay scratchy forever. These shirts are also a unisex fit, so it is very boxy looking. I'm 5' 7" and 125 lbs, but this shirt didn't flatter.

It would be nice to have an intermediate email between order confirmation and package-on-doorstep. I found your site through an Instagram ad and bought the shirts on faith that it was legit. It was, and I am very happy with my purchases! But silence from vendors always makes me a little nervous. So, if possible, I'd suggest some sort of email when the items have begun production with an estimate of likely ship date, etc. Thanks

Shirts and designs are good. Purchase and shipping not great at all. When I emailed to ask why it had not shipped yet, was told shirts are made per order and can take 5-15 days to ship! That information is NOT disclosed anywhere during the shopping and check out steps, and it's just odd altogether. Plus I responded to their ad on Instagram where it says they are closing down their line, yet I kept getting promo emails right after purchase for all their inventory. Just weird overall.

The designs are beautiful but are sadly printed on low-quality scratchy "bottom shelf" Hanes T-shirts. The return policy is not great. They first offered only a 20% discount on future purchases plus free shipping. When I protested, they put forth a convoluted return policy in which I have to email a bunch of details to them and pay my own shipping. I'm out $50 and won't be coming back. The tank top fabric was softer and a pretty garmet overall but this was not worth the overall hassle and the risk of buying low-quality products.

I just received notification today that the three tee shirts I ordered are shipped. It has been a month since I ordered and, although you claim to be going out of business, I have received many emails from you over the past three weeks, encouraging me to order from your store. I will give you credit for returning my email query in regard to how much longer must I wait to receive my purchase. You did answer that email promptly, encouraging me to "wait another week."

One shirt was significantly smaller than the other size large in my order. Out of the 4 shirts I ordered... there were 2 different brands and 3 different type of shirt (soft style vs ultra cotton). This causes a very different fit in each one. Some are too small while others are too big. Designs are cute but not sure how I would know what size to order in the future.

I saw the cute shirts on insta and thought I would order since they were going out of business. The prints online were so cute I had trouble narrowing down which I wanted. I ordered 2 t-shirts which I thought could be cute for a casual summer day. They arrived 2 1/2 weeks later and I was disappointed. The fabric on one was stiff and both were much bigger than I was expecting. Unfortunately I didn't look at their return policy before ordering so I am stuck with them. They are both going straight to my pajama drawer!

Easy to shop and great customer service! Somehow I accidentally picked the wrong size on one item in my order noticed it immediately and contacted customer service… they responded almost instantly and had the order corrected overnight! They were super kind as well!
