9.% happy with my purchase

Original Review: 99.9% happy with my purchase. Of 8 shirts, 7 were absolutely perfect. One was printed on a heavier, scratchy fabric. My only complaint is that I had no way of knowing when I made my purchase. (Most people probably would not notice the difference. I am very sensitive to fabric.) The description mentioned soft (and 7 of the 8 were perfect).

Update: The company reached out and replaced my one heavier/scratchier shirt with one that was as perfect as the original 7. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. They have great products and wonderful customer service. Highly Recommend without any reservations.

Tracking/Delivery

I placed my order a 8/11 and 8/26 I get it finally shipped. The tracking has not updated and I was hoping I'd be receiving my new shirts in a timely manner. Disappointed it's taking so long and now it's not even tracking so not sure how much longer I'll have to wait.

Color not as shown on website

Disappointed that the rich dark maroon shown on the website photos was not even close to the color actually received. More of a lighter and heathered color received. Would have ordered a different color if I had known this.

Great shirt!

I saw an ad on Instagram and loved the designs. I ordered right away. Prices were great. The shirt came today. It's soft and printed well. I love it! I will order more. It did take longer than I thought it would to arrive, but well worth the wait.

Excellent customer service

I like the nature designs of F and F's T shirts. They are of excellent quality. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size and had to return the shirts in an order. The company is patient, friendly and efficient. Everything worked out as an optimist would expect.

First order was one shirt
November 28, 2021

First order was one shirt. Was a super soft fabric print looked great. Washed well. So I bought 3 more- tshirt, tank, long sleeve. Second order the fabric was totally different and was the thicker more stiff cotton I'd expect from a cheap store. Disappointed. I ordered all of the shirts exactly the same- nothing. Special. Just picked a print and color. There were no warning or notices of any color being a different fabric. I would not have ordered 3 more shirts if I knew the fabric would change.

Beautiful soft shirts with unique patterns
August 26, 2021

Absolutely love the tanks and t shirts! The patterns are unique and totally my style. The fabric is very soft. I am 5'8" and 145 lbs and ordered medium tanks and small t-shirt (since they are unisex) and all fit perfectly! So happy with these!

I purchased three t-shirts and all three turned out great. They fit true to size and the shirts are good quality. They make to order so it took about three weeks from order to delivered. I'll would recommend and I'll shop with them again.

Weird
September 25, 2021

Shirts and designs are good. Purchase and shipping not great at all. When I emailed to ask why it had not shipped yet, was told shirts are made per order and can take 5-15 days to ship! That information is NOT disclosed anywhere during the shopping and check out steps, and it's just odd altogether. Plus I responded to their ad on Instagram where it says they are closing down their line, yet I kept getting promo emails right after purchase for all their inventory. Just weird overall.

Not soft material, took forever

It took over 6 weeks to receive the 2 tshirts and then when I did get them one is a "Hanes" and the other is "Gildan" brands- neither of which are the softer material. Cute designs but super disappointed in the quality.

I placed order a month ahead of date needed

I placed order a month ahead of date needed. It took over 2 weeks for order to ship and the another 2 weeks to arrive causing me to not have gifts in time. The quality of images on shirts is very washed out and blurry. Colors and images on shirt are in no way as vibrant as shown on website. When I contacted customer service I received a generic response that didn't answer my question. I will never order from Flock and Feather again.

No response from customer support

I placed an order on July 27 and my item did not ship until August 11. I reached out to their customer support for any update on my order; I never received a response. Instead, I just get an automated email stating that my item shipped- 2 days after. Terrible customer service. Not sure about the quality of the product since I have yet to receive it. I would not recommend or make a repeat purchase.

Three Tshirts

I just received notification today that the three tee shirts I ordered are shipped. It has been a month since I ordered and, although you claim to be going out of business, I have received many emails from you over the past three weeks, encouraging me to order from your store. I will give you credit for returning my email query in regard to how much longer must I wait to receive my purchase. You did answer that email promptly, encouraging me to "wait another week."

One shirt was significantly smaller than the other size large in my order. Out of the 4 shirts I ordered... there were 2 different brands and 3 different type of shirt (soft style vs ultra cotton). This causes a very different fit in each one. Some are too small while others are too big. Designs are cute but not sure how I would know what size to order in the future.

Still hasn't shipped

I can't really give a review... this still hasn't shipped. When I asked, I was told shipping could take 5-15 business days. Fair, but interesting that you're asking for feedback when this has apparently not even been made or shipped yet. So, not super jazzed so far.

Is there anybody out there?

I ordered two t-shirts from Flock and Feathers. I was charged immediately and money was taken from my bank account. Weeks later I am still waiting for the t-shirts to be shipped. I went to the website to search for a customer service phone number, but there is only an email. I emailed and received a message stating someone would get back to me in 24 hours, but that never happened. Still no contact and no t-shirts‍

I ordered my shirts almost 3 weeks ago and the tracking says they won't be here for another week. Kind of ridiculous for 2 shirts, even if they are made to order! Had I known it would be so slow I may not have ordered them. I hope they're worth the wait.

Sent an email asking when order would be delivered as it had been nearly two weeks and it had not shipped. Was emailed back; company states 5-10 business days before shipping. Sent another email asking for refund. Return email said "it may ship within the week" and asking for patience. Did not refund my money. Dissatisfied. Poor communication, poor business practices.

Survey arrived before product

Can't really rate my experience with F&F other to say I offered T shirttail 2 weeks ago, i've had minimal updates on why it's taking so long to ship and deliver. I have, however, been inundated with daily emails on other products which I had to unsubscribe from. I'm hoping to get the T-shirts within the next few weeks?
I'm getting one star and for some reason it shows up as five stars?
