I love these designs. Do the sleeves come already folded and are the shirts all tied in knots or is that just how you've photographed them?

Flock and Feathers t-shirts don't come tied in knots. They tie them in knots for the photoshoot and to hide the fact that they are very square/boxy unisex shirts that won't flatter.
