I placed an order on July 27 and my item did not ship until August 11. I reached out to their customer support for any update on my order; I never received a response. Instead, I just get an automated email stating that my item shipped- 2 days after. Terrible customer service. Not sure about the quality of the product since I have yet to receive it. I would not recommend or make a repeat purchase.

I ordered five shirts, all the same size. I found that the shirts were made by different companies, had different quality, and different textures.

I can't really give a review... this still hasn't shipped. When I asked, I was told shipping could take 5-15 business days. Fair, but interesting that you're asking for feedback when this has apparently not even been made or shipped yet. So, not super jazzed so far.

I ordered two t-shirts from Flock and Feathers. I was charged immediately and money was taken from my bank account. Weeks later I am still waiting for the t-shirts to be shipped. I went to the website to search for a customer service phone number, but there is only an email. I emailed and received a message stating someone would get back to me in 24 hours, but that never happened. Still no contact and no t-shirts

Sent an email asking when order would be delivered as it had been nearly two weeks and it had not shipped. Was emailed back; company states 5-10 business days before shipping. Sent another email asking for refund. Return email said "it may ship within the week" and asking for patience. Did not refund my money. Dissatisfied. Poor communication, poor business practices.

Answer: Flock and Feathers t-shirts don't come tied in knots. They tie them in knots for the photoshoot and to hide the fact that they are very square/boxy unisex shirts that won't flatter.
