Overall, I love the products at Flock and Feathers. I did unfortunately receive the wrong item on my first order, and that was after a significant delay in shipping. However, I still really like the products, and I appreciate the creativity behind the shirt designs. The shirts have become staples in my wardrobe.

Probably the worst teeshirt I've ever bought! The graphics print is nothing like the product shots, it's faded and in very poor quality. The shirts are super small in size, I got large, and received a shirt that is somewhere between small and medium. The actual cut of the teeshirt is extremely bad and uneven. Just another Instagram scam!

Hard to tell the quality and fit of items from pictures on the site. Prices are good and items came quickly but not really impressed with what I got. Probably will not be placing any further orders.

I ordered two shirts. They looked soft and feminine on the website. When they arrived they were coarse Hanes shirts and enormous! The medium looks like a mens XL. The design on one was completely in the wrong place. The other one was so dark it is hard to see. I contacted customer support and they told me they don't take returns and offered me 10% off my future purchase. No thank you! After a while they finally offered me a refund on one of the shirts. I asked them to simply send a shirt that looks like the one advertised and they sent me another huge mens Hanes one. They tend to claim to be a small family business and to be closing but that doesn't seem entirely honest. Whether or not they are a small family company, they need to practice honest business and take care of their customers. Buyer beware—their satisfaction guarantee isn't being honored "due to Covid-19" and their products aren't as advertised.

I was really disappointed when my shirts arrived, because I loved the graphics but the shirts weren't wearable. The sizing I got was for a large man. The graphic on one was printed on the wrong place. The pocket tee doesn't have a pocket (why call it a pocket tee?)
Customer service was kind of helpful. They cited covid for a reason not to honor their return policy) which I get. They did offer me a discount on another purchase, but I can't use giant stuff Hanes men's shirts. I'm a petite female.
Bottom line, I think you roll the dice with this company. Some people seem (based on the other reviews) to get exactly what they thought they were. I didn't. The items were not as pictured. See the photos below. One is the ad, the other is the actual.

I have ordered before- the XL T-shirts were huge and the XL tank tops are extremely small- absolutely useless to me
