After 20days flipkart have canclled my order without my consultation. As i had got the best offer on the big sales. Now they are asking me to wait for deepawali offer. I see there is different of INR*******/- which is total loss for me. Please dont support flipkart

If we talk about description explaining everything on the bases explaition prepare a mind set for buying it. After delivery look fake commitement and expected date too longer as describing. Regular user since 2012 but now that situtation happeing almost every time. Be aware and need some guidance to policy you need to make before selling product for the dealers
Sir I just placed some similar order of grocery from flipkart on 23rd july, I didn't received two products lifebuoy and boroplush soap, confirmed with delivery boy at 9 pm, he said, morning will give me another boy, I still haven't received two products, so you tell why you didn't deliver all at once. Why did you go and order third party, either your delivery boy is a thief. Otherwise your distributor is a thief.
Sells defective products and makes customer go to service center to fix it even after it wont work on the delivery day useless af don't buy a single item from them
It is regarding my ongoing experience with flipcart buy a faulty Whirlpool refrigerator ( wire lengh too short and old dull piece).
I am trying to return the product and get refund from flipcart. Initially they approved it and gave a date of pickup(in around 10 days) and suddenly they cancelled my return request and I was not informed also. I call their customer care, they could not give justification how and why it was cancelled. So I put return request again through app. Again I got message, it will be picked up in next 10 days... This way they are avoiding and delaying my refund. I want to teach lesson to flipcart so this company will not dare to cheat we customers with our hard earned money. I will fight for this. Also I request all to not buy any product from flipcart for next 2 yrs so that they will understand the customer power. Our family will ban flipcart for atleast next two years and will not buy any product from them.
I have ordered laptop battery from Flipkart and delivered, but the battery was not working. The consignment came along with 10 days replacement warranty mentioning "Raga-IT" as a service provider and mentioned to contact them on mail to "raga IT" which I deed. Then they replied to call Flipkart for details.
When I called customer care of flipkart, they kept me on hold for 45 min and disconnected. When second time I called they told this is 11th day we can not give warranty.
I have given the replacement issue on 10th day and they internally not able to sort out the issue.

This is the worst online experience that I had while buying the product, the issue is not with the seller or the product, my issue is with flipkart and the hollow promises they provide, they are totally inconsiderate of what and when people need something, from 3 days my product is sitting in gaya and on the final day of dilivery after many call, they assure me that my product will be dilivered to me and they automatically extend it by two days for dilivery siting logistics reasons. As God as my witness I won't be using this site for buying any product because it cost me my job interview.

Last week we ordered a Motorola phone on sale at 13:00PM. Delivery was shown on 29th. As per tracking details it had reached the delivery node on 28th. But they didn't deliver on 29th. The status updated in their website to deliver on 30th and that status continued till 1st August. Now they say shipment is cancelled.

Bought a TV worth 23k, received faulty unit I initiated request for replacement and waited around 15 days but no clue, even Flipkart was helpless to give me a date of product replacement. Finally had to cancel the order now I am waiting for my refund that only GOD knows if I will get or not.

I had ordered Realme9 Pro+ with exchange of my Redmi7A. This was for the 2nd time I had ordered the same model with the same exchange model but IMEI was different. My Redmi7A is extremely good condition but the delivery boy reduced Rs. 800/ both the time without any valid reason. I am done with the poor marketing and gimmicks played by Flipkart.
While on Amazon I had ordered another phone with the same model i. E Redmi7A & they proceeded very smoothly & without any argument & trouble.

I placed order 14th APR 2023 then the deliver date on or before 25th of the month. But while tracking on 16th recived to the my nearest hub. I was thinking that I'll get couple of days, but i wonder that on 25th evening without my knowledge, consent they just postpone to next month 3rd. When call to customer care they are giving reply irrelevant information and very ridiculous words. My query not resolve and still my product didn't recived and i paid full amount before that. Just i ordered 2 serum of costing 1100 approx and made payment online even after it 23 days approx have alredy been passed but they didnt deliver product to me still now.
