I have ordered Fastrack revoult fs1 and I received limitless fs1. It's been more than 10days and till now they aren't able to give me resolution whenever I m calling customer care they are saying to wait till the date is given. I ordered financial book on Nov 25. They delivered a wrong romance book and when I raised a return request they autocancelled it. When I checked with customer care they said they wont refund or raise return request. They even went further and asked me to go to consumer court

Recently I have purchased a motorola mobile with exchange of old mobile. They collected full value of New Mobile and collected Rs149 as pick up charges of old mobile. Product delivery is very delay. I ordered the product on July 25th and today is August 2nd. I have not received the product yet. They said it would be on July 30 but today they say it will be on August 5

If you purchased anything from which has warranty to cover you could not be able to do that. NO proper communication will be provided. SUppose you purchased mobile or TV from flipkart and you got deffective product from it. Normally people try to cancel and get the refund.
They will block your account and will say you will be blocked permanently from this platform as your cancellation rate is high. And they will not pick ur product. Your money will be waste with such platform.
Don't ever ever try to buy from such site. Try to buy from genuine company website.
Flipkart has local reseller, will sell you deffective products everytime. Just think 10 times why he is able to sell at low price, because it has some deffects. Why particular brand not able to sell the particular product at flipkart price.

Flipkart has different- different lie excuses but not a single excuse comes True. Ekast is the courier partner of Flipkart then why are you giving me false excuses? Just for the purpose of fraud.

I have ordered Asus laptop from flipkart and believe the customer service is worst and really disappointing, the package was supposed to deliver on 11th of August and from that day until yesterday there wasn't any appropriate response, hence, I cancel the order.
