Totally worst service. I have bad experience with flipkart because I have ordered a material from flipkart on the 9th Jan 2022. Original expected date is 18 Jan 2022. But until today (31 Jan 2022) that material was not delivered. On the 14th Jan one of delivery guy called me and asked the OTP without delivering the material. I have told when i receive the material then only I can share the otp. After that no body call me for deliver. I have raised compliment through customer service but they also not solved the issue. So I will recommended to all try to avoid use of flipkart for purchase any product.
One of the worst ecom company. Supplies their own inferior product than the ordered one. Replacement took their own time after paid online. None of the customer service executive can help, every time you have to explains the complain history from the scratch for every executive.
I had ordered an Asics shoes from flipkart when I took the delivery of that order it was found in the box full of garbage there was no shoes in that box when I put my payment refund request on flipkart then that request itself again and again rejected.

I got a FAKE Whey protein product from flipkart which i ordered on 17th of October 2023. I have an official email from MuscleTech stating its an unauthorized product and do not consume it. I have attached the email conversation for the same.

Very Bad Service. I was purchased a try cycle from flipkart.thedelivery the item one day late.the are delivery to me a defective try cycle. I was complaint the same day. The are sending message every day. And the say we will come today to take back the item. But not coming. Until 7 days the not came. After 7 days the are saying. Only 7 days the return policy period. It is finished you cannot return the item.the cancelled my return policy. Then i send again messages. The are replay for every messages. We will call you. But until now i didnt get a call. I t was one of the bad experience from flipkart.
Had purchased a induction electric COOK TOP. On 26/06/2023 I got delivery. On 11/07/2023 there was a blast while I was cooking. It is a 2000W device and I was cooking at 240W but still there was a blast from inside the device so the glass broke into tiny pieces and it scattered all over on the platform. They say that it is a physical damage but it is actually some manufacturing damage. They are not ready to help me, It is a 1 year warranty device. No replacement nothing they say.

Asus Zenfone max pro m1 on Flipkart. No replacement or refund against manufacturing defect. 2 defects identified. Horrible customer care service. No replacement of purchased phone. Fone has manufacturing defect, so it is sold at discounted rate. I am calling Flipkart everyday, and there is no resolution, no replacement and no refund. Asus 13 mp Camera quality not as good as Samsung 12 mp J5. Call quality and gps sound in car is horrible with too much background noise. Other person on call cannot hear my voice on auxiliary connection. Samsung is much better in this feature. Total disaster phone if you connect in car and try to speak hands free. Flipkart technician from Jeeves does not understand this problem, nonsense technician sent by Flipkart. Do not buy such discounted phones from Flipkart. I want to sue Flipkart and stop all purchases on Flipkart.
Some days before i just ordered for one regional kada,. That is not up to mark or not the orignal one, because i bought that one second time, the first time the kada is orginal and same that is showing in image. I just want to return, the flipkart accepted the request, but today the delivery boy can't wait for 4 to 5 minutes and he just hang off the mobile and didn't pick up the call. Worst Services the delivery is never on time they are just greedy for there feedbacks and they dont understand the emotional feelings of the person and they themselves cancel the order and then put blames on you worst expereince ever.
As we requested about the egift cards and saying that already used, but they should think that if somebody used should tell that so and so person used these egift cards. Sent an email to them let me check their response based on that will take an action.
