Useless customer service, unprofessional people always on the chat. I tried to tell every almost same issue. Still no body no what they need to do. They didn't resolve the issue. I suggest never order through this flipcart website. Extremely useless website.
Please don't buy any expensive products from flipkart. On the name of extra charging on services through so called jeeves, they never provide any Services and replacement. By chance you received the products then you can't do anything because they will never answer you on mail and their customer executives will never help. On the name of indian company they are doing their business by making fool of cosumer.
I order man smart watch on Facebook messanger they deliver me ladies watches through flipkart and flipkart not giving me mobile number of these elligal peoples who book my order and not replace my watch it's a punishable act once I talk with messanger Facebook people they said wrongly they send order and they want to take refund amount in there account which is a crime and flipkart team telling me this Facebook lady book hundreds of watches they are not shairing her full mobile number with me her mobile last digit 6369 flipkart team told me as a responsible indians. Flipkart playing scam now a days by itseleves, they dont share delivery boy contact details and dont deliver the product,,,,and in app they show product delivered,,but product dont delivered to customer...by this scam they are earning money...shame on flipkart...

Last 3 orders were shipped to gwalior instead on Balaghat MP. For more than a month the issue is not resolved and order not yet delivered. Upon cancelling rs 30 has been deducted? This is disgusting. Flipkart was not able to deliver the order for almost a month! And still you see it reasonable to deduct cancellation fee on customer's prepaid order?
Issue a complete refund as Flipkart has not delivered orders for more than a month, otherwise I logged complaint with Flipkart, no response even after 10 followup calls. Their Call center agents would just disconnect the call. This is such a disgrace. This is my last order with FLipkart. Seems you guys are highly unmamaged now and could not track the huge cusotmer base. And their higher executives are just drawing salary with 0 focus on operational quality.
I bought a boat Rockerz headset from filpkart.But the product had some connectivity issues.Customer care were not ready to replace it.After 3 days,they accepted the replace request & after 4 days (on delivery day),they cancelled the replace request themselves.Even they were not giving any valid reason. That is the behaviour and value that filpkart give to their coustomer.Even they are not giving return or exchange policy.A very very bad experience.Now Flipkart lost its valuable coustomer
Flipkart is such big platform with pathetic customer care. I purchased few items through EMI & I have cancelled it... From Nov 3rd I'm in following they just say wait fir 2days problem will be solved. But here from bank end uts popping up to pay EMI, but still this blady accounts team has not been made a payment to the bank. For this I. Trying from Nov 3rd. But $#*! blade idiots not resolved. What the they are doing customer service I really fed up. Why flipkart of each department team managers are not noticing? Why the flipkart is in encouraging the department if it's cannot be solved. It's really $#*! & nonsense
I ordered 2 products recently and I didn't recieve the product but it's showing delivered in flipkart app and I am facing problems last 20 days. The customer service is not able to solve the issue they are giving the extended dates. I will not recommend the flipkart in anyone. Using Flipkart since long, but first time service goes worst to worst... no one taking ownership to solve costomer problem... blem on delivery guy... even they don't give the delivery guy details... only apologise and asked to wait... you don't believe promise date of delivery of 24th. Waiting till 29th than to they are not when the product will reach... some funny update on trace... attached pic..
OD**************, delivered the wrong product and the one order showing unavailable immediately after the order was accepted, may be the product sent to me not getting sold so the use such practices and making customer foolish, when the issue raised simple answer was the actual order product is not available and can not be replaced, it has to be returned and the money will be given back after 9 days. The purpose of ordering product gone for toss and ruined.

They took my TV for repait 2 month ago. Their return policy is maximum 30 days. But they still did not give my TV back. Everyday I call and only answer is we will call you back in 3 days.

Yesterday on 12-11-2022, my pickup delivery boy came and took that lower and cancelled pickup order.
I have placed an order for Redmi 9 (Nature green, 64 GB) and the proposed delivery date was 04.02.2021. I have been waited for the item till yesterday (04.02.2021) after that I have seen the status like order cancelled. When I check with the customer care they told me that due to logistic issue order was cancelled also asking for the new order. When I have placed that order its rate was 7999, Now it is Rs 8299. So this is clear case of cheating by providing an offer to the cutomer and finding some idiotic reason for not delivering the item. Such a platform like flipkat this is not the good deal. I do furnish my dissatifaction against your poor customer delivery service and wrong committment.
