Flipkart sell fake items n low grade items n miss on delivery and dont refund, dont buy on products on flipkart and you cant trust the f**king customer care they disconnect the call as they here the refund word

I had ordered 10 Mysore sandal soap of 75 gsm. I paid Rs 644 when I received the soap I found that MRP rates were erased. I got suspicious and checked the rate from net and found the rate to be Rs 38 per piece the total cost would have been 380 and not Rs 644
Flipkart is not able to trace the shipped product. It is not able to re ship the product to its customer, more than 20 days passed, ordered product not delivered till date. Flipkart, s advice to its customer is to cancel the present order and re order the product.
Service from flipkart is very poor.
If you try to post a negative review about a product, most of the time Flipkart will not post it on their website.
They will try to keep only postive reviews on their website, so they can cheat people by selling poor quality products.
I have bought Redmi note 7 pro from flipkart on June 2019. But since 11 months I am able to use it for six months. And still today also it is faulty. I am terribly unsatisfied with flipcart products. And above all flipcart doesn't help you at all.
I am Samridhi Sabharwal. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy flip 4 with which watch was free with a minimal amount of 3000. At time of pre booking I called an executive he told me that a voucher would be available when phone would arrive at my door step. Second time I called customer care, when phone arrived they said that voucher for watch would be available when replacement policy of phone for 7 days is over. Then third time I called they told me to wait for 24 hours. Then forth time they told me they have launched a complaint against the voucher not showing. Since then I have made 15 calls twice daily.
Facing such bad experience I am boycotting flipkart because amazon was never a problem.

I was calling/mailing to flipcart from day one for replacement my product as it has issue but no response and their customer case only missed call me, after that text me "apolizise for not being able to call you". They are not wants to replace the product. Even they are not mailed me, not mailed me. Very bad and pathetic service of flip cart. Never suggest to anyone to purchase any product from here. Have to complaint on consumer court. They are not serious about clients.

Firstly, the delivery service was extremely unreliable. My order was delayed multiple times without any prior notice, causing inconvenience as I had scheduled my day around the expected delivery time. This lack of punctuality was disappointing and disrupted my plans.
Last 3 months were worst, few items were missing or the entire order is delivered to some other person, so raised complaints every time, now its 3rd time.one product out of 23 was missing. After the complaits raised they locked my account and i couldn't login into Flipkart app itself.
I received a broken product on 7th oct within 2hr I raised Return. 2 pick person came and refuse to take up return.I called customer service 5 times no help and from backend they cancel my return. So Its wastage of 1900 bucks. Product is as is and it cannot ve used by any keans
I bought Marq AC from flipkart, material received damaged with accesories missing, although flipkart is not accepting the return request, they rejected for return of AC thrice. Customer care representatives are careless and not cooperaing to resolve my issue. Made consumer forum complain, although they are indifferent to solve my issues. Dont buy anything from flipkart.
I bought a mobile from Flipkar which was defectice. Upon requesting many times, they exchanges but the 2nd mobile also defective. When informed, they said the replacement is only once and suggested me to go to nearest service center to get it repaired. Please think twice to make business with such fraud company.
Flipkart Is trustworthy site for shopping electronic gadgets. Last week I bought a mobile phone from here and it got delivered to me within 3 days so according me Flipkart is Quick and Provide Quality Product.
Ordered product (Tablet PC) on 16th of October. Promised delivery 19th October. No updates from customer service and the product has been dispatched to wrong city, then rerouted to Mumbai after that package untraceable.
Funny thing 2 other products originating from same warehouse in Mumbai delivered at my doorstep 1 on time other with 1 day delivery.

I ordered 3 "Toy Joy Stunt360" through Order ID OD**************, amount to Rs. 1275/-. A package was delivered which had face masks instead of the 3 toys ordered. I reported "Wrong item delivered". A Flipkart delivery agent came back with the 3 toys but insisted to return 3 toys (already delivered according to him) and refused to take the face masks, and left without delivering. Now I get a notification on flipkart.com stating "Return not possible by Seller as per Return Policy". I have been a loyal flipkart customer since it's inception and feel sorry to see their quality deteriorate to such an extent. I couldn't even go past their call center executive to a senior person. Would flipkart except me to order again!

Flipkart journey and access started in the period when the names Bansal and Ayyappan was there and I have a great attachment to this brand of E- Commerce. Particularly in the recent days I came across the Pay Later system which is a highly laudable system and it helped me a lot when my purse and the bank balance were bare minimum. This will help many small business owners like me who bill their customers to the bare minimum or who receive their business returns in piece masalas.
