This company is the worst, take care they will cheat you and deduct value too much bigger than the displayed one, don't deal with them and their customer service is the worst in the world no answer on phone keep on hold even if you stay one day and cut the line without answering you and on email they will rely after one month, really they stolen your money
I am resentful of the fact that you charge for every little thing, and the site set up so that one has to actively refuse every little additional charge you force on the customers. The site also issued "something went wrong" message several times. Everything seems to be designed to fleece your customers
Would not recommend booking your flights travel through this firm. Extra costs will be applied if you need to change a reservation or no refunds will be given if you need to cancel. Waiting for 1.5 hours to talk with someone... Good luck.
SCAM alert
Booked tickets x4 was unable to use due for name error. Was told I would receive a refund and that someone would call me back. This did not happen, same issue on the way back for our return ticket. Was promised I would recieve a call back before my return flights. No one called! Had to rebook return tickets also. I emailed them once again, explaining the x4 unused ticket issue (requesting a refund) and was responded to, by them saying "thankyou we can see you used your flights, please contact again if you need any confirmation". There goes $4500 of flights! Disgusting SCAM alert!
My calls were put to long hold, was lied by customer service agents and calls were hung in middle of conversation. Don't try to rebook or cancel your flights with this agency. I had to contact Better Business Bureau to get my whole refund and took almost 2 months.
A few entries and clicks the booking was done. Sure, the obligatory upselling options. But the the first price shown will be final and there is no need for special payments.
Debit Cards are accepted as well.
I called to change my flight date (as website wouldn't let me do it). I waited on hold an hour and a half, just to be told they would have somebody get back to me within 72 hours. After waiting to hear from them for six days I called back and waited on hold for THREE HOURS only to be disconnected. The travel date was approaching so I ended up starting over and booking a brand new flight. They are so hard to get ahold of. I will be avoiding this company in the future.
I booked a flight through this provider. They contacted me that the airline had changed the flight and to contact the airline if there was a problem. I had to cancel the flight, but the airline provided my refund to the FlightNetwork. It has been MONTHS and they have still not forwarded me a cent of this money. Even then, they're offering to provide me with less than half of what I paid for some "service fee". What service? You can't respond to my emails within a month!
Hello world,
This is regarding my recent air reservation with FlightNetwork.com. Which came out to be a huge mess. As the dates went wrong in confirmation ticket. Now i am trying to look for a solution but seems like nobody can help me out. I know need to be in contact with FlightNetwork as i did but they are not ready to help me out. Then i tried to reach the airlines which are AirCanada and Lufthansa, but they cant do anything as the tickets were booked with the agency FlightNetwork. Well i am reaching out to world for help because i cannot let me $1800 go *******@TICO@ IATA
I booked my tickets to Canada from Australia and didn't have a good service.
Also again I tried to book a flight and they have taken a lot of money from me. I am trying to call them NO one is answering. Very poor service.
Do not recommend it at all.
Zero star. To contact them after you make a booking. You can only call the hotline or live chat. And they are not able to help change the timing of the flight. They simply direct you to the airlines. I have called the airlines and they cannot change too and refer me back to flight network. Do not book through flight network! No service at all
After a long search we finally had chosen our flights in the morning to go and come back, but clicked on wrong flight number when finalizing reservation. Flight Network was able to fix this reservation to the correct flight in the morning like we wanted without delay. Thank-you so much Christy.
I booked flights pre-covid and it has been two and a half years of emailing and getting the exact same automated, impersonal and pathetic email response. My case has not been updated in a year and a half according to the system. Impossible to speak with a human and utterly appalling customer service. I would never ever recommend this site and have made sure to inform all friends, family and colleagues of this abysmal service. The airline I was due to fly with has approved the refund as I contacted them directly however FlightNetwork have not acted on this nor accepted my proof of approval. Genuinely shocked at how terrible this service has been. Stay clear!
Excellent service with only a few clicks. The price is just as advertised. Its the site of choice for a few bookings in the last month,, mainly to the caribbean and two us cities. Will definitely recommend.
I have such a bad experience with this company. I made an additional payment in order to do a check-in online. However, they sent me an incorrect boarding pass. And for the solution, they asked me to contact the airline directly and refused to refund my money. This is ridiculous, so why I made an extra fee when I had to contact airline at the airport. They said it was a third party fault, but they did receive my money. Don't they need to be responsible for this issue? Save your money! Do not waste your time booking this company.
Apparently "Any" counts as a seat selection with Flight Network. They charged me the $64 and refuse to refund it. I have their email response to my request and it's hilarious. They reference a theoretical example, instead of using my specific example. Seems to me it's better for the bottom line to charge people for things they don't want, and then fight tooth and nail against making it right. Slimy, dirtball business practices!
Thank you for your quick and efficient service and I like the fact that there was a name attached--in this case it was Deanne. A bit of the personal touch in this impersonal world is something which I value. Keep up the good work and since I leave in South Korea but am a Canadian, I will recommend you to all of my expatriate friends in the area who, like me, travel a lot. Thanks again and I hope that you are having a good day!
With my thanks, Jeff Young
Of all the travel sites I typically visit, I always end up coming back to the Flight Network to book by travel plans. I have always found the site very intuitive and very straightforward in making flight arrangements. It would be nice if customers had the ability to select their seats. That's one are of improvement that I would recommend.
I booked a flight with this website that I unfortunately had to cancel due to a death in the family. While other companies that I had used for that trip were willing to accommodate changes due to bereavement and had customer service representatives who were helpful and interested in problem-solving with me, I'm afraid the same cannot be said for FlightNetwork. They did not allow me to change my reservation $300 fee plus fare difference. Andraes, the customer service representative was to put it simply useless in response to trying to help, and he was a bit snide. I would say I hope the company takes action to limit his contact with customers, but given their ridiculous policies, I would say such an incompetent and rude person actually represents their company well. Companies like this are supposed to make traveling more convenient and easier. In a difficult time for me and my family, FlightNetwork did the opposite. Stay away!
Working with them on rebooking on an open ticket that was cancelled due to Covid. They make you wait for hours and finally only checks 3 dates and says nothing is available, call again with other 3 dates which again might not be available after long wait. They just want to keep you money. Bad customer service and we might loose $3000. Do not book through this website.
Answer: I have the same experience on 07/21/2021. I was on hold for 1 hour for two times and then it got disconnected.
Answer: Hi there, the promo code box is under the insurance section on the final step of the booking process. We can certainly add the code to your booking however, I will need your booking number. Can you provide? Once we have that we will issue you a refund. Have a great day. / Courtney
