Nice rate for flight, don't appreciate added costs for seats and all the upselling at the online checkout. Just include sms text updates for a complimentary service.

Deceiving website

I searched Caribbean airline. Com website and flightnet came up, after numerous times, then I thought probable this is caribbean airline page. I went ahead an booked 2 tickets, than you have no choice to pay for baggage, seat, etc. When it is actually free with Caribbean airline. They are deceiving.

Well done, overall

The process of books flights was reasonably straightforward and simple. The only glitch was that while ticking all of the choice boxes, I timed out and had to start again. However, the system did keep the majority of my information so the second time through went quickly.

Can't access booking info!

I go to view your booking link, and I supply my e-mail that I used for the booking and I also entered the provided code when I booked.
I then get a message that they need to verify me and they send a link to my e-mail, so I go to my e-mail and click on the link and it just goes back to the provide your e-mail and booking code... just circles and circles back after numerous attempts... Extremely Frustrating!
I still have not been able to check my booking!

Worst Experience Ever!

Booked they, they put wrong date on confirmation, argued with them for 2 hours on customer service call, they tried to charge me over $300 to change the date to the one I booked. Said supervisor would call me, never did, put me off to Booking.com, must be their parent company, heard nothing back.
This is a scam! Fraud alert!

Website using cell phone does not work well. Had to change to a laptop to complete reservation. Would be nice to go back and look at different pages to get the whole picture. Had to start over 3 times so I could compare different rates. Not my favorite.

Inconsistant information

I booked a trip from new haven to fort worth. The prices were conflicting on the web and on my phone browser. There were different prices if you add an account with Avelo, which i did and pay the $49 ( onmy credit card which they didnt take amex) i wonder why! Then to find out that there were no flights at that price. Seriously? I felt baited and switched.
I then continued to purchase the tix on my laptop and couldnt opt for baggage, which is strange. I have to do that at the airport. Once i completed the transaction. I recieved an email from Flightnetwork.
The return flight summary had a departer time for 18:40, but when i clicked on the details, it read 12:58. I had to call to get that confirmed. I dont understand why so many discrepancies. I seriously think i will not travel again using Avelo. I will stick with Breeze, Jet Blue, United and Delta.

Website was difficult to work with. Initial price of ticket was deceiving. By the time you add all the ancillary charges (which are things necessary for some -such as a seat) the total doubles.

Too many extras

Looking to book a flight on AEGEAN when shunted over to Flight Network. Working through all of the entries and asked about extras was bounced out so needed to re-enter all of the data again. Need more time to review all of the "do you want this" type questions throughout the site. Not easy for first timers.

While I stumbled across Flightsnetwork from a Google search for airfare options and comparisons the Flightnetworks site was easy to navigate and gave way more options than other sites. It was easy to book and pay even for companies not noted for sharing their booking engine

I needed assistance to book a specific set of flights because I am traveling with others. The online booking system would not identify the specific flights I needed as an option. Your customer assistance then would not help me because I did not have a booking number. Very frustrating. Awful customer service. Basically, you told me to figure it myself! If I had another option, I would chose it over you.
