So far it's been OK but we'll see what happens when I get to the airport. I just can't believe you guys really want things. Have you seen the reviews of your company on a five star system? Your whole company is rated as a one star with some real horror stories to go along with the ratings. Your marketing guys could make more money for you if you would pay attention to the Customer just a little while

I was surprised to find there were so many additional surprise charges!

Very cumbersome, with all the extra fees and boxes to check. It also wasn't clear what would happen if I didn't select my seats. Had to google it while booking :(

I searched numerous sites to find the flights I wanted. I found them available, while others did not. I could easily upgrade and choose my seats as I wished. This is an international flight with connections so it was very important to be able to upgrade the long legs of the flights. The price was considerably less than all other sites.

I made a booking and the price went up, so I had to re book saving $600

I hate this new system where you have to look through so many flight options to find the combination you are looking for.

Lots and lots of fees... gets to be too much. I am only doing a one hour flight but it felt like I was traveling a lot further.

The system allows time for the user to complete the process. One site told me I took too long and it required me to restart the process at flight costs that were higher!

All good, one failure requiring repeat search etc, acceptable.

The app are simple, clean and clear, easy to understand even for a non frequent traveler

The fare advertised is not true as you have so many add ons. Probably cheaper to travel by British Airways in future.

This will be my second flight through Avelo the flights have been a good ride. I was anxious the first ride 😆 but I enjoyed the flight for the overall experience.

Extra fees are excessive. Was not able to indicate handicap assistance needed.

Wish you could select veteran when booking for free baggage

The process for selecting our flights was quick and efficient.
The instructions were clear.

Easy! I am 83 years old and found the process very easy. Hooray!
