My boyfriend and I were booking a flight and their website errored in the date. I know it's nuts, and if it hadn't happened to me, I wouldn't believe it myself because I'm *******% sure I put the right date (I checked, and double checked, and triple checked). If you keep reading you'll see that it was their system. Upon receiving our email confirmation (listing the return date as the 30th, rather than the 29th) we called them, only to be informed that to change our itinerary would be a fee of $250 per person. The most we could do is cancel our flight for $75 instead and re-book it. I've never gone back and forth so many times, going from the kind and compassionate approach, to the angry demanding approach. I was put on hold at least 4 times over the course of an hour while this helpless lady would speak to her boss who REFUSED to speak with us, or assist. The final hold lasted more than 20 minutes, at which point we hung up and called back. The next lady wanted to charge us EACH a $75 cancellation fee, even though the prior woman guaranteed it would be a total of $75 for both. All in all we were corresponding with them for 2 HOURS and got absolutely nothing waived in our favour. In the end, my boyfriend decided to call Air Canada from his phone since we'd be flying with them, and they switched our dates with no charge and no hassle! For anyone who may have thought I clicked the wrong date - we found out that what Flight Hub actually does, is take all your information and go and book the flight (online, as though they are you). So yep, they put the wrong dates and refused to help us at all.
Definitely advising everyone I know to stay away from them. The big companies may cost a bit more but at least they're reasonable and offer good customer service.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and the agent become RUDE and started yelling at me. I was not put through to a supervisor at all and was continued to be put on hold for another 20 minutes. In the end, I just cancelled the outgoing flight with them, I have to pay $150 for this "service" and during all the "hold" time - I booked online with Porter Airlines to do what I wanted that FlightHub couldn't do... apparently. So rude! So ignorant - SAVE your money, book directly with ANY airline!
This morning I tried to purchase 3 airline tickets online for myself and my family. When I tried to pay (after putting in my credit card information) the screen said one of the flights was no longer available. When I tried book again, the ticket price had increased by $19 for each ticket but the flights I wanted were still available. I called customer service to find out why the price had gone up the middle of the booking process and that I wanted tickets at the price I quoted. The agent, who I could barely understand, told me that those flights were no longer available and proceeded to get a price from a different airline that was more than DOUBLE what I had gotten online! She then told me that I should book the tickets with her because I can try and try online but will continually get kicked out and not be able to buy the tickets. I told her that she could keep those tickets as I was NOT paying all that money! I then went to the airline website myself and booked the tickets with no issues. I was only bullied in high school once, it has not happened since and it WILL NOT happen with Flighthub. I have booked quite a few flights with FlightHub. Nice while it lasted.
I've always heard of Flighthub from my friends and colleagues who always travel. It's quite popular here in Burlington so I decided to test it out. We went to Ireland for a family vacation and I was able to get tickets for 450 dollars each!

VICTOR gave me, his last name is spelled as Ceniza as what he told me, he is so willing and sincere in helping we with my flight cause the american change my flight there was some sched change but mr. VICTOR helped regarding this one so much, i am so thankful to him hope you guys will help him be promoted he deserve promotion you need them guys,

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
