Past from 214 to 481$

At first I saw 214$ for my size then I went to paid and add 30$ shipping so total 244$ then I just paid and saw -313$ on my acount but I paid for 244 and realised the price was on US$ And in CAD$ it's suppose to be 307 so they stole 6, sum somewhere then I paid because I really wanted the shoes and telling myself it's not that bad and during all that time I knew that I would have to pay imported charge generally under 100$ then boum again saw it's 168$ finish to481$ the shoes... never going to buy from them everrrrrr (fell just go to your city shoes shop would be less expensive even if you don't found the one u won't.)

Stain on sneaker

So I decided to order a pair of sneakers for my granddaughter for school, that lives in Florida, the order took for ever to com, almost a month, I received the sneakers and there was a yellow stain, and I was leaving from Virginia to take the sneaker that weekend, it was 7/26/23 and shook in Florida starts in early August, I had to clean and I used dawn soap and a mr clean white eraser sponge, I'm so disappointed, I know someone saw the yellow stain when they shipped it, you lost me as a customer, I should of checked the reviews, looking pretty bad to me

I ordered a pair of Nike Vapor Max - $450.00 OG that aren't sold anymore. This is the most that I ever paid for a pair of tennis shoes. I have 12 pairs of Vapormax, but when I put my thin no show sock on to try on the Vapor Max OG tennis shoe's from Flight Club, it looked like my toes were stuffed in the shoe - I wear size 8 all day, but this shoe was not the right size and Nike does not make mistakes. I am so disappointed be cause I went through a 2 week payment plan Company (Affirm). They did investigation and after all the long waiting... I had to keep making payments to them.
DO NOT BUY FROM FLIGHT CLUB OR GOAT!

Ordered a pair of Size 12 Air Jordan 4s on October 19th. Upon receiving the confirmation email, I noticed there was two different sizes listed on the email and in the order status tab within the account. I immediately reached out to customer service to report the issue.

I finally received a response from Lizz on October 21st. Two days had essentially passed before a response. She informed me that the size 12 order was a "pre-school" size, which was not listed on the site. She also told me that the shoe would take three more business days to ship from their location. I responded by asking for a refund since they still had the shoe in their possession.

She responded by saying the shoe was shipping already and a refund will not be possible, all sales are final, and if I wanted to recoup my money I would have to sell on their website, contradicting her previous email. I then asked for the FC policy on refunds and was greeted with a "leave a review" email instead of an actual response.

Do yourself a favor and heed the previous reviews of other unsatisfied customers and just stay away from Flight Club.

RIPOFF!

Do NOT order from this company EVER! No phone number to call and ZERO customer service! Every time you email them, you receive a response from a DIFFERENT person every time with a DIFFERENT answer every time!
UPS claim was filed due to us NOT receiving the delivery and UPS approved the claim to be paid but Flight Club lied to us and told us that UPS had denied our claim. Dishonest company that needs to be shut down.

I bought sneakers off them and they were SOOO MESSED UP THEY EVEN LOOK FAKE. IM PISSED. Instead of giving me a refund they offered me a $20 store credit. What the hell am i gonna do with $20 store credit when i spent so much money on sneakers!

One page on website says your shoes will be packaged and shipped in UP TO 7 days. FAQS section says delivery will be 1-2 weeks. When you question why your package hasn't SHIPPED, customer service keeps telling you that DELIVERY is 1-2 weeks. FlightClub, learn the difference between a SHIPPING date and a DELIVERY date.

I placed an order for a pair of AIR MAX PLUS HYPER BLUE 2018 for $319 on 23 DEC 21. The order was cancelled on 27 DEC 21 without any reason provided and the FlightClub email stated: "A warning was sent to the seller". It stated I would receive the refund.
I sent an email to support and was told the Seller cancelled the order and I could just place the order again. I replied "the price increased $430 in 3 days to $750" and stated I would not buy them again for that price. It went back and forth with Mateo L. (Flight Club Support).

I received the refund, but zero accountability with the Seller. The Seller obviously saw the average price drastically increase and cancelled the order to make more money. Flight Club let him get away with this.

I guess i should feel lucky the Support responded to me and issued a refund to my card (based on some of the other reviews I read here).

I have another order that is still confirmed, but not shipped (been 2 weeks) and I think it will end up the same way.

These mother$#*!ers are the worse in the $#*!ing world I swear. So I purchased my daughter a pair of shoes "guaranteed to arrive before Christmas same day shipping" if I ordered them fast for you which was in the amount of an extra $25 plus a $12 shipping fee all for a pair of $226 sneakers. Fast forward I haven't $#*!ing gotten a mother$#*!ing tracking number. Every time i checking it keeps $#*!ing telling me order processing. Wtf! 2 $#*!ing weeks? I'm ready to blow up right now and I'm pissed off. Now I have a personal vendetta against these liars. DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM CAUSE YOU WILL WANT TO JUMP OUT OF WINDOW.

Bogus shoes

If your looking to buy fake shoes this is the site they have the off white Brooklyn for 1500 but I doubt they're real I ordered shoes read the reviews canceled the order was refunded just to still be charged after the fact pay attention to the pic I upload I bought one pair from goat the other from flight club pay attention the detail of you want real shoes go to GOAT

Shoes on right came from goat and have been authenticated look at the detail the tongue the stings even the look and feel of the leather

I ordered three pairs and received order confirmation emails with the order number. I decided that I wasnt going to buy them now so i called in to cancel it. The first lady asked me the order number and told me that it would take 24 to 48 hours to receive confirmation of the cancellation but with a weird tone of voice so i called in again just to make sure it was cancelled and the lady was just rude talking to me as if i was dumb because the first lady told me it would take 24 to 48 hours. It is not my fault that the customer service sucks and doesnt give you any piece of mind when you talk to them. I work in retail and this is the first time i call in to a place where customer service is just plain rude. For a company that is so good they should focus on their customer service because of this i will never buy or look through it website again. I just did the cancellation so i will wait for the cancellation email. If i do not receive it and get charged for the money then i will talk to a lawyer because from what i see i am not the first person to experience horrible customer service from this company.

DON'T LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS

DON'T SLEEP ON THE FLIGHT CLUB! Their amazing! I am so shocked and confused as to how completely different my first purchase with Flight Club went verses ALL THESE bad reviews! I literally found a pair of Jordan 1's I've been wanting in my size with them and couldn't find anywhere else. Despite all the bad reviews, I decided to bite the bullet & glad I did. They arrived seriously a few days after I ordered them, in their Jordan box inside of a box. Both boxes were in perfect condition as well as the shoes. And they are AUTHENTIC! That was my biggest fear, I cared nothing about how everyone was saying the shipping was long. But boy were they wrong about that! Also the shoes were decently priced. I feel like I paid your average cost for them even when I expected to be charged so much more for these since you can't find these any where else in my size which is a 5 youth. So for now on my kids and I will always buy our shoes from them! Plus they have all the unique designs you can't find anymore.

I order the new Jordan 6 Retro UNC release date march 5,2022 and never recieve the shoes or shipping status and or refund now I've order from them before and didn't have a problem and those shoes were a birthday gift i'm very disappointed in the Company, and The Seller for the unprofessionalism that I recieve i may or may not never purchased from them again...
