Basically provided a default excuse blaming my order that is now nearly 2 weeks old on the seller not shipping my shoes for verification in the window they were supposed to ship it. No confirmation or communication of the delay until I had to email and chase for an update because this is obviously the practice at Flight Club. I was offered a $13.50 credit as if I would EVER shop at Flight Club again. I don't care if Flight Club has the only shoe I ever wanted in my life and my feet are bleeding from walking through the streets barefoot, they will never get another dime from me again and I will ensure as many sites as I can possibly review this transaction on will also know. Consumers are not supposed to be treated as victims and have to absorb the shortcomings of a vendor that falsely advertises timing for shipping at the time of purchase, but price-gauges to persuade the consumer to pay much more to get their merchandise in a reasonable time frame. Its all false advertisement and a scam backed by a NO CANCELLATION policy that binds the consumer to the transaction forever until Flight Club decides to produce the merchandise. Unacceptable.

PLACED MY ORDER WRONG TRIED TO CANCEL IT RIGHT AFTER WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE ME AN OPTION SO I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY TRY TO TELL ME I CANT CANCEL IT THAT I HAVE TO WAIT AND RETURN THEM AND THEN GET MY REFUND LIKE NO THATS MY MONEY I SHOULD BE ABLE TO CANCEL THE ORDER ESPECIALLY WHEN I TRIED RIGHT AFTER I MADE THE PURCHASE. DEFINITELY POOR COMMUNICATION AND ITS EITHER THERE WAY OR NO WAY LIKE BULL$#*! CANCEL MY $#*! AND REFUND MY MONEY LIKE I ASKED 100 TIMES $#*!ING LIVID

IMA BE HONEST. IF YOU TRYING TO GET AN EARLY SHOE BEFORE THE THE RELEASE DATE. DONT GO THRU FLIGHT CLUB… THEY LITERALLY TAXING ME ON SHOES THAT THEY DON'T HAVE IN THEIR POSSESSION. THEY WILL TAKE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AN CALL OTHER SHOE RESELLERS FOR MY SHOES (SOMETHING I COULD'VE DID) BUT I ORDERED MY SHOES 4 WEEKS BEFORE THE RELEASE DATE AN BOOM IM JUST GETTING A TRACKING NUMBER 4 DAYS AWAYS FROM THE RELEASE DATE. I COULD'VE WAITED ON THE RELEASE DATE AN PAID REGULAR PRICE IF I WOULD'VE KNOWN… AN THEN ONCE THEY TOOK SO LONG TO VERIFY THE SHOES THEY REGULAR SHIP THEM LIKE I DIDNT JUST WAIT 4 WEEKS AN PAID ALL THAT MONEY ALREADY! Flight club sucks

Where do I begin? Like where do I actually $#*!ing begin, let's start like this: I placed an order DAYS before Christmas and chose the fastest possible shipping service, which means they should have been here before Christmas, and they are not. Flight club might as well be called late club, because every time I have bought off this god forsaken flea market, my shoes came 1-2 months AFTER I purchased them. Secondly, if you want overpriced, counterfeit shoes, please go to flight club, because my third time buying from them I realized something wasn't right about the Jordan 1, s that I bought, I took them to a sneaker expert and lone behold, they were completely fake. Lastly, if you were to so choose to refund anything you bought for whatever reason. Well too bad, because flight club DOESNT OFFER returns. I am at a complete loss of works for this $#*! flea market for shoes. Overpriced, fake, and late. If your want horrible overpriced counterfeit items, pleas go to flight club because they suck horse $#*!. I hope that anyone who affiliates with this god damn place dies a slow, painful death. Had the worst experience with Flight Club and some Michael Jordan tennis shoes. I order the Kelly green & black tennis shoes on 10/30/21 paying with my After pay. After three days I notice I have not received a notification from Flight Club in regards of my order. I emailed them for them to tell me they do not have an order for me. I check with After pay and the did pay for the shoes and had retrieved the first payment. I explained to After pay the check into the situation and got back to me to say that either Flight Club will replace them or refund me. After approximately 5 days I got a email from After Pay with a tracking number. Bye this time I had ordered the shoes again but once I got the tracking number I cancel my second order. Long story short USP stated the shoes was delivered when I got home from work no shoes. I contacted Flight Club and was told the shoes are out for delivery and it can take up to 7-10 days. I sent the message from UPS and they was not even aware the shoes was supposed to have been delivered. I request my money back now they are telling me it will take up to 90 days. Flight Club is a rip off and I wouldn't refer them at all unless you have money to throw away. Why are they still in business or should I say how?

This is really emberrasing. I consigned and purchased shoes from Flight club years ago, and candidly; it is not the same outfit and beyond a nightmare of an operation as a consigner. I sent 40k worth of shoes there 4 weeks ago consisting of 11 pairs and only received confirmation on 10 arriving. I immediately asked for a return to sender for all of the shoes when I discovered customer service is non-existent. It really is non-existent. The reps via email send automated messages that don't help whatsoever. I have received 6 now stating they are escalating the matter. 3 weeks later, zero response. It is horrendous, emberrasing and almost at the point where it could be deemed theft. I would encourage any consigner to go elsewhere. Yes, they say that their prices will command a higher commission. Only problem is that will be years from now if ever on most pairs, and good luck trying to manage your property if there are any issues. It is sad. Very sad, considering how much of my collection originated there. As of today, I wouldn't buy one thing nor consign one piece of merchandise there. I would honestly rather sell my shoes and lose money than deal with the headaches that have surfaced from FC/GOAT. I give them 2 year before their physical operations are shut down and everything is sold by the seller through GOAT. I beg little kids to beware of this place in many facets. It has been a nightmare for me and could end up costing a lot of money for simply doing what they asked of me.

This company is basically a bot bully... I placed an order that was not ever able to be canceled; because the five minutes that it took me to discover the error to cancel the order it was so called accepted at 446 am. pleas but when I go to place a customer service complaint they respond not help but respond just outside of the cancellation around 745 8 15... fine change the shoe size please nope they wouldn't do that either so now I'm buying a shoe one and a half times the size I need... they won't cancel the order nor will they change the size. Instead what do they do skip their so called "authentication process" and run not jog or walk run to ups before the payment even clears to send the shoes now the shoes are on their way by 12 noon or so I can now dispute the purchase... sike! I still had to wait for the next day to dispute really! So you just gonna hop out with a crooked eye and debo me into taking the shoes nope I don't think so you got another thing coming flight club just you wait and see.

I bought a pair of Nikes I really loved. After 10 days I had not received them so I reached out to see what was going on with my order. I was told that the original pair sent to them was damaged and so they were trying to source another pair. Firstly, I was annoyed I wasn't told this and secondly I was then offered a refund to cancel my order as it was taking so long. I was traveling overseas they next week for a month so did not have time to wait for them so I wrote back STRAIGHT away to cancel them and refund me. No response. I emailed again. No response. I emailed again and a week later they emailed saying they had received another pair and had shipped them out. I emailed stating that I had already accepted to cancel the order and I will not be at my apartment to receive the delivery as previously stated I was going to be overseas. They didn't care. Parcel was delivered to my front door 6 days after I arrived to Australia. I live in an apartment and the USPS driver just left it at my door. I asked a neighbour if they could grab it but it wasn't there. Obviously stolen. Now flight club REFUSE to refund me because the parcel was "delivered". Even after I had asked to cancel the order because they offered and even after I showed proof I was overseas. Worst company. Do not trust them.

I ordered 300$ pair of shoes for my boyfriends birthday. After a few days when it should have been on the way I got a email that wanted me to verify my transaction number from my bank which is not a problem. The directions said 5 numbers after the astrict there was NO ASTICT in my transaction. I RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY AND MY ORDER WAS STILL CANCELED AFTER I SENT THEM A SCREENSHOT AND THEY SAID I WAS CORRECT i have to wait 7-10 days for a refund then try again which will be wayyy past his birthday. THANKS A LOT FLIGHT CLUB YOU SUCK
