A few months back I ordered a laptop. Great, everything went smoothly. Paid it off at my 90 day mark so I didn't have to pay all that interest. So I was happy, got my laptop, didn't pay triple the price for etc etc etc... that takes me to today. Ordered a second time this time I order a cordless tool set made by dewalt... I happened to order it in the middle of December so I really want expecting it by Christmas. After the first week in January when I still haven't recieved item but money was being taken from my account, I call. Come to find out they had a tracking number which states that the item was delivered on 12/24th at 9:15 am... well I was home, I have 2 dogs that let me know if a branch falls in my yard... needless to say I DID NOT AND STILL HAVENT RECIEVED MY TOOL SET. After calling flexshopoef on numerous occasions now and being told an email was sent to me(which I also never recieved) they say I need to make a claim with FedEx... reason for this post is people BEWARE... I CAN'T FATHOM THAT THESE ITEMS DON'T HAVE TO BE SIGNED FOR, HAD I KNOWN THAT EARLIER I WOULD NEVER HAVE ORDERED... I don't know what the outcome of this will be but what I do know is I WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED...

Where do I start? There is so much wrong at flexshopper it's not funny. Put it this way they are the new payday guys. First of all if you buy something they charge you $100 more than it's actually selling for right off the top if it's any type of electronic. Then on top of that you have to pay some type of $80 finance fee. Let's say you buy something for $1,000 and you finance it with flexshopper now keep in mind they're going to charge you $180 off the top. That $1,000 item will cost you over $3,000 by the time you finish making payments. Now here is the even fishier thing let's say you get an item and it's not correct or you need to return it. You have to make more than three requests or three request I mean to actually get anything done. I've had this tested twice. Both times there was a return the first request is just basically ignored you never ever do receive a label the second time you call of course because the first email doesn't work. And then all you get is yes yes I will take care of this I will help you what they mean is they will request a second attempt at a label for you. Now in my experience it still didn't happen it was on my third call after they've already drafted payments from my account for an item that was being returned. That I finally got a label all in all it takes a little over a week to get your item. In about 5 to 6 weeks to ever get it back to anybody. I am telling you this company has very shady business practices. Now I never left or leave anything there more than 90 days which still I'm paying a hefty finance fee for even 90 days because like an iPad it's going to cost me $180 more than it cost anywhere else. Because of the $100 markup and the 85 or $80 finance or application fee I don't really know why or what that fee is I just know that it's it might only be $50. I know I just shot my review in the foot by changing the 85 to 50. But I'm typing this in a hurry and don't have time to go look it up but I do know that will be the only discrepancy in what I've described here. And I don't believe all of those five star reviews for a second not one second. You tell me when the last time is that you came to a place like this and wrote a great review for a company that's charging you $180 more than the item cost right out the gate that means if you buy it and pay it off the very next day you have paid $180 more for the product than anywhere else on the internet or that could be $150 because instead of $80 again that fee my only be $50. LOL

Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!

This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
