Flair Air has changed all my bookings. I've been on the phone to Flair Air for 5 hours and just listened music. Nobody of Flair Air has picked my call.
Service and flight attendants were fantastic. Super friendly. 10/10 for them.

TWO flights left Montréal with flair within half an hour of each other. One to Toronto. The other to Waterloo.
How 15 of us did not receive our checked baggage is beyond me. Upon arrival in Waterloo, the baggage
Carrousel started moving. Seven bags came out. Belt stopped moving. Myself and the others waiting assumed there was a hold up, and that it would start up again. Waited about 10 minutes and a staff member from the airport came over and asked if we are missing our bags. Yes we are. She said if the belt stopped moving that meant all the bags have been unloaded. Since there were many of us waiting, she went out and checked with the ground crew who informed her that yes, they had unloaded all baggage. She came back and filled out a claim sheet. The one lady's bag sticker was wrong. It was sent to YYZ. Toronto. And Flair put the wrong name on the tag too! She had an issue back in Montréal where they printed another customer's boarding pass and gave it to her as well.
Two Flair flights left Montréal. TWO. HOW do you screw up bags going to a small airport like Waterloo. Where maybe 25-30 people checked bags?!?!
Had my hairdressing scissors in my bag (as I was visiting a friend and doing her hair), so now I am missing my scissors which is required to DO MY JOB.
Again, flight attendants were fantastic. The agents I personally dealt with at the airport, great. But everything else. Wow.

NEVER FLY FLAIR - Flar charges for carry on bags and can increase the flight cost beyone AC or Westjet.
If you have to fly Flair do not report that you have a carryon at the check in counter. At the counter you are charged for the carryon (I was charged $62 for mine). If you go directly to the gate, no one monitors your bags or even checks the sizes.
I saw a passenger with a backpack and bag both grossly overszied and not paid for. There was a lady with a bag, a backpack, a large "purse" and a dog in a carrier. Obviously no one at the gate cares and none of the flight crew cares.
If you want to go cheap - booik, check in online, and go directly to the gate.
This airline is the worst they have no care for you. I had accidentally booked the wrong date on my flight, realized it after receiving my email to confirm I try to cancel or switch my flight and they were charging me $100 plus tax per person. I waited until the morning to call them to get the refund if they could help me, absolutely not they wouldn't give me a refund for a little mistake, I had also booked this flight at midnight called them the next day at 7am you would think they would understand and be able to change my date for me even to change my date they were charging me an extra $90 I was also told they charge an extra fee for doing it over the phone? LOL EXCUSE ME!? And I'd still loose the money I paid for the flight I had. Absolutely ridiculous. The customer service person was no help she kept saying she didn't understand my request and they have to follow their policies. This isn't my first time I've had issues with them. What's also ridiculous is I'm flying from Winnipeg to Kitchener 2 hr flight within Canada and the amount they charge you is ridiculous. I will never fly with flair again they may have "cheaper flights" but in the end it ends up being more expensive and you always have delayed flights
I booked and canceled within 24 hours in July and it's now Oct and still no refund. I have sent many emails and was told they would look into it and nothing.
I tried checking online but they don't allow, I arrived 1:20 hours before and they say I lost. They didn't try to help me. Guys never try travel with this company it is SCAMMMM
I had the worst experience flying with this airline. My wife and I were leaving Vancouver for Toronto on flight number 600 at 11:15 pm. At 9:30 pm, we handed over our luggage and got a flight card by presenting our driver's licenses. At 10:45 pm when boarding, the gate agent told us that my wife's driver's license had expired and he could not allow my wife to board the plane. In addition to this card, my wife had her driving instructor's card that issuedby ICBC, which was without a photo, along with several bank cards, and she wanted to show it, but the agent, who was a relatively young man, did not pay attention to our words at all and only spoke about himself, which will not allow my wife to fly. If the fron desk agent had told us during check-in and baggage delivery that my wife's driver's license had expired, we would have had time to ask my daughter to bring us another ID, but they told us this at the last minute. In addition to us, several other people had this problem. And no one paid any attention to what I said that I want to talk to thier manager. In the end, I boarded the plane alone and my wife had to buy another ticket and flew the next morning and stayed at the Vancouver airport for more than six hours. Arriving in Toronto, she was in a very bad mood and by the time Fter 2 days I write this review, she is still not back to normal.

My wife and I are seniors and both travel by air extensively. This trip involved a family reunion and I decided to pay for my immediate family's tickets... I thought I would try the new airline that was extensively advertising its services as a discount airline. Thinking that I would save some money, I bought tickets through Flighthub... What a mistake. When all was done, i was nickel and dime'd into a fare that was equal if not more than the same flight with West Jet... They charge you for carry on because it expedites boarding... WRONG... We were delayed a half hr. Because the on board staff couldn't get a proper head count... some babies were on their parent's lap and some were in the seats so the final announcement was aggressive and basically said, 'If a baby is supposed to be on your lap, put it there and if it's supposed to be in the seat, put it there.'.
The plane looked tired with some seats refusing to recline, magazine pouches had holes in them, and the coffee cart was branded, 'easy jet'. Obviously a hand me down from the european discount carrier often referred to as 'sleasy jet'... My son had to dance over screaming babies(toddlers) playing in the aisles while trying to maneuver his way to the washroom... There is no flair when flying this airline. Perhaps if one flew 'naked', one might save a couple of dollars and overlook the discomfort, but for me, it was a one time experience...
When you book in ultra cost airline you shouldn't expect 5 stars service, Flair do the job moving you safely from A to Z, that's what you paid for and they return to you,
It is the worst flight I've had. 4 hours of delayed flights from Vancouver to Calgary with 2 children and dealing with impolite personnel.
I had an proposal planned in Halifax for 4 months, booked with flair, first flight at 7:45am on Saturday (Dec 3), next at 10pm Sunday. Both cancelled and moved at 3pm and 9:30pm Friday. Less than 24 hours before flight. The first flight moved was still in the same day at least so no real trouble there but then they changed the flight home to the following day which 24hours before is no time to plan for that change. "CANCELLED DUE TO EQUIPMENT SHORTAGE" is what both cancelation emails said. Flair air is a scam and I lost $360 before of them, please take this review seriously, it's easy to say "It can't be that bad", all these reviews you see on this website are probably even worse then described. Please save yourselves the trouble and pay the extra money to secure your flights.
I could not be happier with Flair Air's service and value for dollar. They were efficient and friendly. I flew in June return from Kelowna ro Calgary and our grandkids flew return from Calgary to Kelowna in Dec and July. With exception to long delay on Dec 23rd to board for Kelowna everything for them was the same. Excellent service and friendly. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY!
I went to halifax from ottawa with my puppy in training to be a service dog in her cage ( small enough to fit on the floor half under the seat) all great then Halifax to Ottawa refused my pup the desk crew who thought of herself the control of the airline wants a soft cage and refused my pup people and other crew were outraged one CREW MEMBER even went to try and find one AS we could not find one.passengers who had seen us on the way gave us their number and told us to make a complaint.
THE STEWARDESS AND PILOT CHECKED THEIR RULE BOOKS AND ALL IT SAID PETS HAD TO BE CONTAIN.WHEN I TOOK THE TICKETS SAME THING: NO MENTION OF A SOFT CASE.

Ill keep this short. I witnessed a flight this past Friday being cancelled due to the fact the baggage cart hit the plane and caused the cancellation of the Toronto to BC portion. This left roughly 100 people stranded in Toronto. When the passengers got to the counter, they were being told the next flight they could get them was 5 days away. The option was to get a refund or a food voucher. They would not provide a hotel to the people. They would not rebook as is clearly stated in the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. When asked about the Air Passenger Protection Regulations the agents claimed they are a small airline and did not have to follow these rules. When we argued that it is not a choice they follow the Air Passenger Protection Regulations they said they would call the police to have us removed. The flight we were on was delayed 18 hours travelling with 6 children all they did was tell us to keep our reciept and they would rfund us for I think it was $10 for food per person. Please people if you have had issues you are entitled to compensation unde the Air Passenger Protection Regulations. They pretend that you are not but you are! Please post here if you have issues so we can have them fined!
So l booked my flight few weeks ago and now l found out my daughter has to start school on the 5th of September of which that was my return date then l call to ask them to make my return on the the 4th of September, they tell me no we will charge you $87. So l tell them no it's cancele the trip that l had and rebook it on the phone so that l come back on the 4th, they tell me my ticket it's not refundable,then she goes on to tell me it's on the website on the travel who the hell checks that. L am so used to other airlines and this time l was like let me give Flair a chance and this is the bull$#*! l face...u see if l was saying l am canceling my flight all together l might get it. The supervisor didn't even want to come and talk to me when l asked to speak to the supervisor...what kind of a company is this.I AM NEVER NEVER BOOKING WITH FLAIR AIRLINE AGAIN...IF ICOULD I WOULD GIVE AIRLINE A 0/10

On March 07,2022, at about 8:40 am, Edmonton International Airport, I experienced one of the worst customer service in my life. My flight was scheduled for departure at 9:15am and I was trying to check in on the Flair Airline app but the app was not working so I approached the Flair customer service desk for help and now I wish i was not going there for help. I was standing in line and a Filipino woman, short, chubby about 35 to 40 years old waved at me and I approached to her desk. This Filipino woman was very disrespectful, rude senseless and super bad character and bad customer service. I show her my phone and explained that the app is not working and can you please help me to check in. She told me that i have to pay $25 or she will not help me. I must do it my self on the app. I show her my phone and i said please have a look at my phone it is not working But she was like a Machine, keep repeating Pay or go home. There were a lot of other passengers, I asked a few of them if they have been changed $25, all of them responded No. I still don't understand, why this Filipino pick on me, what did i do wrong and was it something personal. She called the police on because i approached to other customers and asking them if they have been treated the same as they did with me. The police came and i explained to them, the police officer was very nice, he said pay it now and then call their customer service to dispute and he left. I pull out my master card to pay and now this Filipino woman refused, and she is not allowing me to board the plain. I just got this job that i work 3 weeks in Vancouver and come home one week. I asked this Filipino woman for her Name, she refused, I asked her supervisor, she said, I am the supervisor, I called their customer service and waited on hold for more than 2 hours to talk to a customer service agent, and she told me to write an email to support. I missed my flight and now i have to explain this to my boss for why not attending work or i may lose my job. I recommend all travelers to avoid taking to this Filipino woman, she will ruin your life.

Answer: Total scam. Wonder if the aircraft will actually get to thr destination on all thr "bandaids" they use to keep it together. And expect extortion rates at the gate for a personal item that will easily fit under the seat in front of you.
