Gong show

The flight itself was fine. The online booking and subsequent phone calls were a gong show. Flair managed to find so many ways to screw things up. The website said "print your boarding pass" but it would not print. The phone call to rectify this only created more problems. The website insisted on creating the same baggage allotment for the both of us and the subsequent phone call to Flair ended up giving my wife less baggage for the return trip than the outgoing trip. During one phone call, the agent could not understand this and he hung up in my face. Many other problems too numerous to mention.

My husband book returned flight when we got to the airport there was no flight the time they gave us you cannot reach them no one to talk to it impossible no email to say flight has changed nothing no phone call end up sleeping in hotel and a 1300$ charge to get back home with no explanation nothing we went and complain the next day no one called so I guess I will just get a lawyer it's terrible

Fraud Scam airline

Disgusting, fraud, rude staff, supervisor is so rude, unprofessional. This airline should be banned. This is a scam. They are all bunch of idiots. Stay away from them. Will never use this airline. Supervisor Abigail Notre at Pearson airline does not know how to speak to customers. Very rude. She is basically a threat to us. Must be sacked from her job. She does not know what is the meaning of customer service. Even other staff is rude too. Unprofessional behaviour. Unethical business practice. Just charging for everything even it says cabin luggage is free. SCAM FRAUD.

Horrible Airline, stay far away!

This is the worst airline I have ever flown with. They are ALL about the extra fees, they don't care about anything else. Horrible booking, horrible customer service, horrible experience. If I could give them zero stars I would. Stay far away, the slightly lower prices are not worth it, you'll end up paying the same and the experience is horrific.

Don't get into trouble with this dummy company

Flair Airlines is probably the worst airline you could possibly be tempted to fly with even with their cheap prices.
I found out that my flight was cancelled at the airport, two hours before departure. No reason given by the staff. The options I was offered: refund of the flight (an amount of 125$) or reschedule my flight 6 days later...
Other flights were still available with other airlines, nothing to do, Flair will not help you at any time to propose an option that will bring you to your destination as soon as possible to minimize the inconvenience.
I had to buy a new plane ticket on the spot at my own expense at more than 1100$ to get back home. Unacceptable. Flaire Airline, never again.

Hi, i have been trying to book a flight or add luggage on my flight for a week now.
My credit card were rejected because the payment site is NOT secure therefore my bank rejected my demand. I had to buy my flight with Edreams.
Nowaday all sites have secured payment but Flair airline; Why?
I called the client service many time but noone could help me when i asked if i can pay my luggage fees in cash or if Flair airlines have a terminal at the airport where i can insert my card, type my pin in and pay my due.
Crazy that you cannot book a flight because of careless management unable to secure a payment.

Amazing

I love everything about Flair airlines. It felt like a personal assistant every step of the way. From checkin reminders to texts telling me what gate. Simply amazing and the price is fantastic. Highly recommend them.

Worst experience of my life. Lost my luggage and they didn't figure it out in more then a week where is my luggage.worst customer care. When I raise my voice to their customer service desk person he stated saying to call the security. My whole vacation spoiled. Simply I will say this airlines is $#*!. Please don't waste your time and money with this airline.

Do not book with this Airline. Extremely disorganized and their flights are almost ALWAYS delayed. Our flight was delayed 6 hours with no notification letting us know. Because of the delay, we missed our first night hotel stay and car rental, as well as lost 2 hours of our fishing trip that we had booked for the next day. They didn't compensate in any way and could care less. Would not recommend. Nor did they let us know why there was a delay. Its cheap for a reason, don't fall for it

We took our flight the seats are a little uncomfortable but should be expected. I know if you want anything to eat or drink you have to pay for it but you are still saving and you can bring your own.The girl at boarding passes was a wonderful girl who was really helpful. On the plane the stewardess where so very helpful with myself and my husband they worked to be able to put us together as we where not seated together. Overall I have nothing bad to say about Flair we where treated well I will definitely take this airline again.

Worst Airline
September 15, 2023

This is by far the worst airline in Canada they rip people off left and right. You have to pay both ways for luggage with costs $500 plus they don't seat couples with each other you must pay additional $70 each for seating with your partner or spouse. Plus all food and drinks costs money inside the airplane. They don't even have common courtesy to feed you in a 5 hour flight. The employees are rude and horrible and airplanes are made 100 years ago.

I will never fly with flair airlines again nor I recommend anyone to do so.

Flair airlines has a serious on-time performance issue. All 6 flights i have taken have been anywhere from 2-4 hours late. NONE of the delays were weather-related. Seems most delays are due to understaffing. Other than that, planes are fine. Clean and in good shape. Staff is fine, just seriously too few of them. Flair will need to seriously improve on horrid on-time performance in a hurry or this airline will not last.

No notice cancelation
October 14, 2022

Flight booked from Halifax - Ottawa return. Went to check in, couldn't, so contacted the support bot which told me my flight had been cancelled. No notice to me that they cancelled.
Bot person booked me on other (but inconvenient for me) flights and selected a seat at the back of the plane when I'd paid for a seat up front.
Worst customer service ever. Will not be flying with Flair again.

I booked through Expedia. There was a problem with my first leg of my trip. I had to make changes. With ALL THE EXTRA fees my $980 trip for four turned into $2500 trip. Got charged a call center fee for EACH TICKET when THEIR website was admittedly down. Have had over 30 emails and calls and they REFUSE to issue ANY KIND of refund. Just as an aside the LEG ROOM was horrendous and seats COULD NOT be reclined to help make it any more comfortable.

I have flown A LOT and this was the WORST FLYING and CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I have ever had.

Upon check-in we were told the flight was delayed for 3 hours but had never received any notification by email or sms. They did send web check-in messages so there was no problem with my email or sms. Asked for a meal voucher as we couldn't check-in till 3 hours before departure. It was denied and the airport manager came out attacking me saying I was the only passenger didn't receive delay messages. She didn't even apologise and kept saying "the delay was ok", the worst thing was not being compensated but was charged 74$ for a small bag at the gate while the check-in agent didn't warn us anything. They could have told me to pay on web while we were waiting for 5 hours so that the fee would have been 30$. Flight delays are inevitable but how the airport agent handles become the barometers how the airline is. Flair is the worst. Why did we have to get exhausted waiting, then not even given an apology but such additional charge?

This airline did not even offer free glass of water in five hour flight. You need to buy a bottle of water while leaving the flight there were no flight attendant to say thank you or bye. Attendant were very rude. I would rather prefer to pay hundred dollar extra and get a better flight. Just because it's cheap they want you to pay to even breathe in the flight. Please do not take this flight.

Be aware of Flair Air scams on their website. They ask you to check in online to avoid $25 dollars fee at the airport. When you go on their website to check in they show you all these free ($0) seats to pick from. If you even touch an option you won't be able to reverse it and remove the seat from your name and they force you to pay $20 or $30 for the seat. They deliberately made their website like this to force you pay more. Their customer service is beyond horrible too and they can't do anything when things like this happens. $20 is nothing but since they use nasty tactics to get our money I and a couple of other victims are forming a group and we are taking this to a small claim court. Maybe this way they learn not to scam and disrespect customers anymore. If you are victim too please reach out to me and I will explain how you should make a claim. You pay small fee but it well worth it.

Great Airline, awesome service & money worth.

I got for what I paid. I saved on a big portion of my travel. Staff were professional & catered to my family needs. I am impressed to see a growing airline venture in a sector which has its own growing pains & dominated by flagship airlines catering to hardly any needs of passengers & minting on customers pockets.
FLAIR AIR is great concept & will grow in the Northern airspace for years to come. I see Flair Air to be Ryan Air in few years to come.
Awesome work Flair team members way to go. You all will built a great company & brand.

Terrible

Did you know when you book online you are only buying a stand by flight! We didn't know and had to pay $582 extra to confirm our flights! That is more than what we paid initially! The phone service was terrible, he seemed bothered to even have to answer the phone! Never booking with them again!
