I've been a dedicated Fiverr seller (username: haithamahmed839) and recently upgraded to Seller Plus specifically for better support—and yet my payout issue remains unresolved after 5 days and countless attempts: Support Ticket #******* opened, Darrel from support reached out requesting Payoneer details, which I provided immediately, but I never heard back. Every visit to Selling Mode My Business Earnings still shows: > "Withdrawals from this account are temporarily disabled."
"This account can't be changed or removed." I completed Payoneer KYC, have a fully approved receiving account, and even filed a BBB complaint—yet only automated replies followed. This isn't just a technical hiccup; it's denying me access to my own earnings. Fiverr's public-facing promises of "priority support" for paid subscribers are completely hollow if tickets are ignored. I love the platform for connecting with clients, but this level of customer service (or lack thereof) is unacceptable and damaging to my business.

I'm extremely disappointed with Fiverr. After delivering legitimate services and building trust with clients, Fiverr permanently disabled my account without a fair investigation or any specific explanation (Ticket ID: #*******, appeal #*******). What's worse, they blocked my withdrawal access—so I can't retrieve the money I rightfully earned. It now feels like Fiverr disabled my account deliberately to avoid paying me, and then conveniently cut off communication with a cold, final message: "We've made a final decision. Your account will remain permanently disabled." This is starting to look like a freelancer scam tactic—shutting down seller accounts to withhold funds. If Fiverr is truly a platform that values its freelance community, it must act with more transparency, accountability, and fairness. I demand the immediate release of my funds and a full review of my account.

I went on Fiverr to hire a freelancer to make miniture models off of 2d pics. I hired a freelancer, but was not impressed with their work or communication. I canceled the project believing I could get my money back and then I would try to hire again. I did not get my money back and fiverr was not giving it to me. I went to paypal and filed a diapute. Fiverr told me that I shouldnt do that and if I liftes the dispute they would refund me, i trusted fiverr which was a mistake, I still have not been refunded and it has been over 2 months. When i reach out to fiverr all im told is we reviewed your tickets, so no refund. I went back to paypal but was told because I dropped the dispute that i couldnt put a new one in. My name is Wayne, I am an experienced home builder and needed help redesigning a set of home plans for a client in California abd a simple title 24 report. I tried to hire 4 freelancers of the last month for the project. All seemed well credentialed based on the star system. One was even recommended by Fiverr. All were scams. I wasted over a month of my life now. Fiverr used to be a credible platform but has fallen apart. It seems like scammers are able to pay their way to the top of the search que and also generate misleading 5 star reviews from other services not related to the ones they are advertising. Even if you catch the scammer you can't give them a bad review if you are forced to cancel and Fiverr leaves up their profile. The example I'm including here was clear fraud. The title 24 report had the wrong climate zone for the location of the house and the signature at the bottom was a name different from the freelancer I hired. What a waste of time. I ended up falling behind on my project because of these delays which ultimately lost my referral for another contract. I'm still stuck waiting on one freelancer because they were late to submit plans and are requesting more time to submit. I believe that they took on the contract hoping I would allow them to scam me. Since I have set a clear boundary that I will only accept the work and send the payout if it is done correct, I think they are just stalling and will not provide a product until I request to cancel. I would stay far away from this website unless you want to take a major risk on your time and money.

I had a deeply disappointing experience on Fiverr with a seller who misrepresented their portfolio to secure my business. They shared a high-quality animation as their "original work," which turned out not to be theirs. I later discovered the same video was being used by multiple other Fiverr sellers. The video I received was significantly lower quality and clearly not the same style. I provided extensive evidence to Fiverr support, including screenshots of the seller admitting they couldn't animate humans (despite the sample video featuring them), and proof the portfolio video had been falsely claimed. I also showed that the original $750 order was "mistakenly" marked "delivered" before requirements or deliverables were submitted. Despite clear evidence of deception, Fiverr refused to refund the full amount. They offered partial cancellation and platform credit, but no acknowledgment of the core issue: the transaction was based on false representation. I'm disappointed in Fiverr's lack of accountability and failure to protect buyers from fraudulent practices. I hope they take this issue seriously moving forward—for the integrity of the platform and protection of future customers.

You'd be better off doing it yourself because Fiverr does not screen their sellers. Look to get scammed by these supposedly Freelancers. Instead, they are predatory scammers, seeking anyone that will be willing to pay. Stay away from people from the Middle East. ANY Country, particularly Bangladesh. If you have a project and see anyone from the middle east, they will all try to convince you that they are experts, and then rush you to pay. They will take your money, perhaps give you an unfinished project and you'll never hear from them again. Fiverr wasn't any help. If you complain to them, they will perhaps close or suspend your account, claim that terms of policy was broken. Don't Trust Fiverr or anyone that is a freelancer.

But overall…Stay Away from working the people from the Middle East from any platform.

Freelancer's Misconduct: I hired a freelancer via Fiverr who grossly overstated their capabilities. The quality of the work delivered was comically poor, falling well below professional standards. Despite my repeated attempts to cancel the order due to unsatisfactory service, the freelancer has refused to cancel the order three times and is now completely unresponsive to any communication.

Lack of Support from the Company: I have attempted to resolve these issues through Fiverr's support channels, including logging several cases. It has been over 8 hours with absolutely no response. The lack of timely and effective support is unacceptable and has compounded my frustrations significantly.

Inadequate AI Chatbot: The AI chatbot provided by Fiverr for assistance, rather than being helpful, has proven to be insulting and inefficient, only serving to exacerbate the situation rather than offering any real solutions.

This service has been nothing short of a complete disaster, reflecting a lack of accountability and professionalism from Fiverr.

UPDATE: I did eventually get my money back, but MAN did it take a while. Proceed with Fiverr knowing that is is basically impossible to interact with an actual employee of the company in real time. This can be frustrating if you're having issues with the designer/freelancer, as we had.

Fiverr disabled my password today. They try to force you to use a third party compny (just answer:who scammed me before) in order to rest password. There is a charge to do that which fiverr says is refundable; good luck! Fiverrs tend to oversell their abilities. The site can be hard to navigate. Help is difficult to find, and somethng simple like resetting password is near impossible. I've lost months of emails

SCAM. Do not use Fiverr to find contractors. I have used Fiverr many times and the last job a Contractor/ Freelancer quotes for a job, auto completed against my request as it was Christmas and has now disappeared.
Fiverr "resolution centre " is anything but. They have your money, because you pay in advance and that's it, not interested in finding the AWAL contractor for refund of uncompleted work.

I have been a loyal Fiverr seller for 7 months and have successfully delivered high-quality work to my clients, totaling $2,500 in earnings. Recently, I faced a major issue that deeply affected my trust in Fiverr's platform.

Six of my completed orders, worth $800 in total, were canceled without any fault of my own. These projects had already been approved and rated 5 stars by my client. Despite this, the funds were deducted from my account. Fiverr support initially emailed me stating that the amount would be refunded, but later reversed this decision without a clear explanation.

When I contacted support, I received a vague response stating that the refund process had been canceled. However, I met all the requirements for these earnings. My client is also willing to confirm their satisfaction with my work, yet the platform refuses to resolve the issue.

This situation feels unfair and unprofessional, as it penalizes me for circumstances beyond my control. If my account hadn't had enough funds, Fiverr would have had to cover the refunds themselves. Why is this responsibility placed solely on me?

I urge Fiverr to take responsibility for this situation, as these actions damage the platform's credibility and trustworthiness for freelancers. As a seller, I worked hard to provide quality service and ensure customer satisfaction, and this should not result in financial loss for me.

I hope Fiverr resolves this issue soon. Otherwise, I will be forced to take further action, including sharing this experience across other platforms and seeking legal advice.

The seller conned me into closing out my order and did no work. I contacted Fiverr and they are just giving me the run around, they keep asking me the same questions just waiting for me to give up, they arent trying to help me. They asked for pictures and video of the issues and they didnt even look at it. BEWARE OF THESE VENDORS ON HERE! If you have a problem dont expect Fiverr to help you!

If I could leave minus100 starts I would. When you first sign up you are attacked by hundreds of scammers. Then when you do get a gig you discover this is the most horrendous freelancer site ever. The withhold your earnings for 2 weeks, then when you have to verify to release payment, there is a glitch and you didn't receive a verification code, you cannot wait a few minutes and do it again, instead they withhold the payment another 24 hours? They also deduct over 20 percent of your earnings, so if your payment is 130, you get 100 USD. They still have my payment and I cannot get it out. This site should be taken down.

I hired Mike Oliver from Pakistan on 9/14 with the agreement the work would be done in 10 days. He tricked me into pre-paying by telling me he would be my personal designer so I paid him and he has never done the work. He is a scam artist do not hire him. Fiverr has no actual customer service available, only AI. I have sent countless emails that have gone largely unanswered.

I chose Fiverr to produce my music and selected a top-rated freelancer with all 5-star reviews. I placed my order, expecting to receive a professionally mixed and mastered final song file as promised. Instead, I faced constant delays and excuses. Despite repeated requests, I never received anything. I opened a case on Fiverr and left feedback. The freelancer begged for another chance, and Fiverr suggested I work it out with him. I reluctantly agreed, but after 10 more days, the freelancer blatantly refused to deliver anything, knowing that the claim date had passed. He even taunted me, saying that after working with Fiverr for five years, he knew I wouldn't get a refund or the product.

I provided Fiverr with evidence, including screenshots of the open dispute and their team's advice to resolve it directly with the freelancer. Yet, they refused to help, stating the claim date had expired. I was left with nothing – no product, no refund, and no support from Fiverr.

This was the worst experience ever. I feel scammed out of my money, and Fiverr's handling of the situation was appalling.

Insane site run by religious freaks, who allow sellers to harass about Jesus, then ban you if you don't want that. And then steal your money. These psychos belong behind bars. Insane.

My seller account was on hold or something before 5 months and fiverr asked me to wait for 90 days and withdraw my money $400+ in my account. I could not withdraw my money last week so I raised a ticket on fiverr and fiverr didn't reply at all. Hence, I had to post a review on trustpilot. Within a few hours, my account was permanently disabled and fiverr wants to me to want for 90 more days.

Biggest scam I have ever seen. Fees are applied everywhere you turn. Be aware, you only going to get a tiny proportion of the actual amount, by the time you withdraw, plus you will have to wait at least "10 years" to be able to withdraw your money. Customer service don't exist at Fiverr, its like their run by 2 rats in a bedroom. Stay away from these scammers, there are plenty better then them, use Guru, Toptal, PeoplePerHour, Freelancer, Truelancer, Outsourcely.

There are some incredibly talented providers to be found on FIVERR and some great prices, but if you want customer service or a company that cares what your thoughts are as a customer, you DON'T WANT FIVERR. They already take a significant cut of the money you pay including if you try and tip your provider and then they make money sending you AD MAILS by promoting providers which have paid them. I have done approximately 150 jobs with FIVERR providers and as such they have made good money off of me. I have emailed, chatted and tried calling to ask that they do not send me these ad emails. On average I get five a week, which is oever 250 pollution emails annually in MY BOX THAT I AM PAYING TO USE...they won't even respond. So in short to heck with them, I will look for other provider like possibly UPWORK and spend some time every day posting so that everyone knows what an awful operation they are. Providers there are GREAT but the company itself sucks hard

Worst service I have used due to the secure payments 😂 I made a purchase a few days ago and my card got scammed a few hours after for $200. They hi light how secure their payment platform is but it's not. It was lucky I blocked my card and only $200 was taken. I have been messaging the customer support team and they are aware the issue from their side and offered to reinstate me the $10 for the service I purchased from them but not willing to reinstate me the money taken from their unsecure website. Please be careful using their website and don't get caught out like I did.

Never leave money in your account. They make it hard to get funds out and make you wait, wait and wait. I suspect they make money keeping funds way longer than needed in their account. We are busy sir. How many millions per day, interest, do they keep like this? I guess Israeli legal systems don't care. Horrible experience dealing with this platform.
