You will get your followers, yes! But they are all bots, so you will lose 90% of the followers the same week, might as well throw this 5 bucks in the air.

There is a 25% success rate. But the seller might manipulate a positive feedback from the buyer.And in any case there is a remote chance for getting this service for a lifetime. This also applies to facebook fans, facebook related sales.

I have used them many times for advertising on Backpage and Craigslist. There has never been a problem and certainly no complaints on my part about paying $5. When you find a Seller who does a great job, you simply go to that Individual each time you return to Fiverr.com to order another job. GREAT SERVICE FROM MY VIEW.

BE VERY CAREFUL BUYING FOLLOWERS TRAFFIC OR SUBSCRIBERS.
It is in very fine print but these actions are often against the various social media ToS agreements. Also, almost all the traffic from Fiverr sellers who promise shares follows subscriptions likes etc... is bot traffic. There is a reason they can sell it for such a cheap price. I have purchased youtube traffic, views, likes, facebook likes and comments, almost every possible social media gig option and there is almost 0 organic traffic being created, it is all 1-second page visits from foreign IP's. There are many genuine and amazing services on Fiverr but social media traffic, likes subscriptions and anything similar are not among them.

Nothing but bad experiences with several tries at Fiverr. I think the 'err' is a good clue as to their reliability.

I don't think it is unsafe however those followers will drop off within 2-3 days.

I'm not sure I never got a chance to do anything and they locked me out, when I read buyers reviews they were good there may have been one person who wasn't very happy with the information they received but I never really saw more than one negative response. Hope that helps a little
