I bought a dress for my daughter's wedding. It arrived crammed in a small plastic bag, looked nothing like what was pictured, was about 3 sizes too small (the bottom half of the dress was sizes smaller than the top), and the dress smelled terrible. I have not been getting anything other than the runaround as far as trying to return it, so I am disputing the charge on my America Express card. This dress is so hideous that I have to believe that any positive reviews must be phony.

I ordered my dress in February. It's 3 sizes to small. I'm a 12. I emailed them immediately to let them know. They refused a return. Said my cost of return would be to expensive for me. What? For me? Also the maker of dress couldn't lose money for material of dress. It's middle of June. After haggling which is deceitful on there part I agreed on 30% return, back in April. Its now June 12th. NOTHING. Their address is *******@gown.clothing her name is Alice. I paid around 179.00. Big loss for me. No use for this barbie doll pantsuit.

Ordered a dress wit jacket, dress fit perfectly, they made the jacket a child size jacket and then they wanted me to pay them more money to redo the jacket. Finally I told them to send me a return label and I would return the whole dress and return my money. Then they decided to return $50 for the jacket. I am waiting now, had I know I was dealing with China, I never would have ordered. They are horrible and disgusting. Do not use this company

They want your money not your satisfaction. I've been emailing them for over a year trying to get my money back for a dress that's 3 sizes to small. They wouldn't even allow me to return the dress saying it's to expensive for me to mail. They promise a small percentage return and haven't even done that. Buyers, if your dress is for the "Big Event" go somewhere else.

Dresses are made for each order so they DO NOT take returns. Horrible - told we should feel bad for them.

Items are knockoff, items sold in unsatisfactory condition. Don't honor policy to be award refund if unhappy with item. Will not send you a return address or refund

I bought a dress from these guys. Websites states easy returns. No such thing. Dress did not fit and was wrong color. They told me to take pictures and then they would see about a partial refund. 15% was offered, then 25%. Slap in the face. They will not give return address. Was told to try and sell dress. These people are not willing to help you out at all. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

I received a dress that I ordered for my son's wedding. The dress fit fine but the material was very stiff and did not hang properly. Definely not the high quality satin as described on the website. Some jeweled beading on the side of the dress looks really cheap glitter. I have tried repeatedly to contract the company to return the dress and they do not respond. Anything bought from this website is not returnable. Buyer beware.

We ordered champagne color and US 12 size, they sent us white and US 16! They want return the money and they are terrible site and company!
Do not bay any thing from them, Alice want not to help at all, you can't talk with anyone else except Alice... NO BAY!

The dress I ordered was two size smaller than what I ordered and try to returned it and they told me just 10% refund is available no tag or any thing in the dress to indicate what size is that and the fabric sheds all over my house.
I also going to put reviews on social media so people know how fony they are I hope some days they pay for their crimes.
Amazon have so many beautiful dresses I wish I would never order with font company and just stick with Amazon.

The company sent me a completely different dress from what I ordered and then refused to honor their return policy because they claimed they delivered a dress that was 90% like the pictures dress on the site. I didn't pay for 90% like it dress. And it wasn't even 50%. Very disappointing. Definitely a scam.

I placed an order with this company after reading that you can return items. I really don't like to shop online knowing that you can't get things to fit right. After reading their promise to make you the center of attention and best experience ever I went for it. Upon late arrival by almost 2 weeks the dress was two sizes too big and they did not respond to any of my emails on a timely manner they never sent info on shipping details and had the gall to tell me that the dress fit my daughter just fine when she can grab two fistfuls around her rib cage it was horrible didn't even fit in the chest she could have stuffed at least two rolls of toilet paper in to fill the chest area and she is not very small to begin with. Was told that I could go and have it altered to fit her. They told me it was hand stitched so they couldn't return it. Bull they lied and delayed answering my refund request. I've had 10 years in 4-H sewing I know what a hand stitch looks like I've been judged with my hand stitching abilities this was done with a machine they took the label out same dress I found it in another state in their dress shop so they lied to me about one of a kind. Don't deal with them. I wouldn't give them a single star.

Ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding in June 2020 sent the wrong colour $180.00 for dress another $40.00 to DHL for shipping website says free shipping not true returned dress as soon as I received it in June paid another $52.00 to ship back to China it's now November 2020 & no sign of a refund I have tried numerous times to contact this company no luck not so much as a e-mail back from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Learnt my lesson ALWAYS CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS

This is the WORST company to order from and work with when trying to return something. The dresses are nothing like the pictures shown. Upon arrival, the beads and sequins are so poorly sewn on. I didn't even try it on, it was so ugly. I tried to return it and their address on the website must be a front address because the package was returned to me as undeliverable. Tried emailing and working it out with them, they are begging me to keep the dress and will not provide a return address. HORRIBLE.

I ordered a standard size outfit according to their size chart when it came it was to big and they said it was not their fault it didn't fit. When I requested a refund they offered me an 8% refund which was about $14.00. I wrote back to them and now they are not answering my emails. Do not buy from this Co they are impossible to deal with. A very costly mistake

Bought a dress for my son's wedding but did not like it - just did not fit well. Tried to return and had to take pictures or it, explain why it was not right, and then they offered me 10% of the purchase price even though their website refund policy says they want every customer to be 100% Happy! This company false advertising cost me 200 dollars. Ordered a dress, it as too large. Requested a return label. What I got was: send a picture, then send your measurements. If that wasn't insulting enough, then they preceeded to tell me how much it cost for material, labor etc. Next I was offered a 10% refund. There return policy is a lie ( false advertising). I'm not done with them. Don't not order from this company. I'm reporting them to whom ever I can and looking into a lawyer.

Do not purchase any items from this online company from China. You cannot return your dresses. On their website they say they give returns, but they string you on and offer a 10-20% refund. It's such a scam! There is no phone number or return address and they won't give it to you. They need to be shut down; dishonest!

Not the same dress like the picture and so far no phone number to call and so far I left emails to the customer support and again no respond and they still got my money. Cheap clothes they sent me was tight on top, big in the bottom. THEY HAVE NOT REFUND ME! If you reading this people STAY AWAY SCAM!

My mother ordered a dress on here for her daughter's wedding and it never came in. It's already been 6 months and nothing has arrived from them. We tried the tracking numbers they gave us and they were all expired or didn't exist. Then when I tried receiving a refund for the dress I never received they started negotiating who much they could return me. First it was 50% of the dress amount, which the dress cost $300. Then when I persisted to ask for my full refund they begged for at least 25% for all of their work and materials. This company either never even made the dress and just wants $75 for nothing, or their whole system is Terrible and the products never get delivered. Don't trust this company, it's a scam from China and you'll definitely regret ordering clothes from them.

I will write a review every week until this company stands by the return policy. It's been almost 6 months and I still have not got my money. This company sent me 2 dresses that are complete CRAP!

I ordered items 20 days ago and never got a shipping order confirmation I keep messaging them asking questions about when my items will arrive my item haven't arrived nor has a refund been processed # never again

I ordered a dress on May 9th and paid $25 dollars extra to have it rushed order. It is now August 27th and I still have not received my order. Obviously at this point I do not want the dress but they immediately charged my account on the day I emailed the order. I have tried with no luck contacted the company. The number is a non working number and they will not respond to any of my emails.
