I believe this company is a scam. First, you are ordering something for an occasion and you custom order it with your measurements. What they sent me was not even close and then they are impossible to rectify the situation and then it's too late because you have to scramble and find something else to wear at the last minute! Can't get a refund as of yet and it's been 5 months that I have been trying. Worst company I have ever encountered... BY FAR!

They state that all are made from scratch to order and it will take about 3-5 weeks to get it depending on how much you pay for shipping. However based upon the back up of the supply chain of goods shipped from China I would not be surprised if it took much longer to receive the goods.

As Nancy M. Said, they initially responded to emails, but it now seems like it was an elaborate communication of deception to get you so frustrated that you'd walk away without a refund. They also told me I'd have to mail it back which I told them I wanted a return shipping label and that's when I found out it was in China. They said it was too expensive to do that and that I would have to pay for the return, to which they then asked if I would take a lesser amount as a refund and sell it here. Impossible to sell as the outfit was crazily sized and wouldn't fit anyone. Stay away!
