How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Firstdress.com?

As Nancy M. Said, they initially responded to emails, but it now seems like it was an elaborate communication of deception to get you so frustrated that you'd walk away without a refund. They also told me I'd have to mail it back which I told them I wanted a return shipping label and that's when I found out it was in China. They said it was too expensive to do that and that I would have to pay for the return, to which they then asked if I would take a lesser amount as a refund and sell it here. Impossible to sell as the outfit was crazily sized and wouldn't fit anyone. Stay away!

I communicated through email. Initially they responded to my requests daily, then when it became apparent that the dress was not made correctly and I did deserve a refund, the email responses took several days, and still no refund - unless I agree to ship the dress to China first (when the dress came from NY!)
