I ordered this dress for me to wear to my daughter's wedding. The website promised delivery in 8-12 days. 21 days later I had to purchase a dress at a local store, and they didn't have the right color or style. Website doesn't state they are across the sea and shipping is SLOW. When it finally arrived, it was defective and extremely poor quality. Fabric was paper thin, and bodice lining was too big, causing unsightly bunching and wrinkling, wouldn't lay smooth. Contested credit card charge and requested a reversal of charge, but due to lag time in delivery and delay in correspondence, the time for dispute had expired. In correspondence with First Dress, they repeatedly asked for pics (which I sent), and asked me to split the difference. Never did give me a refund of any amount. Seriously, do yourself a favor and DO NO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Very unethical and TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP.
Tip for consumers:
Do not purchase from this vendor. The product was of poor workmanship and quality and was received far after the promised date. There was nothing good about doing business with this vendor. Be aware that they are not a company in the United States, so any shipping will be very slow, and any attempts to remedy a bad purchase will be met with delays and ultimately ignored and not resolved.
