Bought a Hugo Boss watch which was offered on the 1st of May and has already been sent back twice this will be the third time. Because it is being sent back and forth it can't be worn, what is the point of having a watch for 4 months now if you can't wear it?
Boss is obviously doing nothing as the problem is still exactly the same. For how long is first watch planning to ask us to send this watch back and send it back to us exactly?
The humidity will still appear out of nowhere, which is a shame for a watch which is supposed to be waterproof and has not even been immersed into water!

So I went ahead and ordered the watch on Tuesday and guess what?!?…It arrived today - Thursday and I live in Canada! That's even faster than Amazon. Packing was secure and the watch is PERFECT. I have been reading the notes on your order to bring myself up to speed and the notes show that a replacement watch was sent to us by the manufacturer however from your review I believe you are saying it is the same watch with the same issue.
As we were under the impression you had been sent a replacement but this issue is still not resolved, I believe the best course of action is to return this for a full refund. We will send you a free returns label again for this.
