I ordered a unicorn charger June 12 every month I've been checking sent a email yesterday asking why a delay August 26 no later it's October really. This guy responded send order number they check well here's my order number An the crash on the site
All these reviews are correct. I was successful in getting my money back through a credit card dispute. Once American Express realized their numbers were disconnected the dispute was closed and refund processed.
Have ordered here in the past due to decent pricing, but won't anymore. The customer service is AWFUL. I've called a few times to check on my very late order and the same guy answers the phone every time. He always promises to call me back or email me but never has. I've been waiting 47 days for an order that was supposed to take 15. Email support never gets a response at all. They've basically taken my money and haven't given me a product or any explanation. Shop somewhere else.
Don't get fooled with Firestoreonline site. Items on the website are mostly out of stocks. They don't have warehouse, only drop shipping which cost more money. I spoke to customer service rep and he don't even know what is going on with my order. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this company and will not ever recommend them to my family or friends and will not ever order from them again. I am frustrated with calling and never getting this problem solved. I feel that they could care less about customer service. NEW management? LIARS!
This business is a scam billed my credit card and never received my badge don't order from this company they will take your money and you get nothing but a bill I am getting in touch with the better business bureau

Wife order a embroidered Hat in November 2021 just got in mail may 25th 2022. Multiple calls to them with no response. No discount after bad service. Very unresponsive. Will take Business some place else. Told local fire department to not order from either. You are in the customer service business. Might want try harder.
This company does not return emails or calls. Takes your money and runs. Tell your bank to attempt to get your money back as soon as possible. I should had realized it was fake when everything was $12 each. Though it was many one of those Chiense warehouses.
Place is a scam they have no pellet stoves they tell you it's damaged 5 to 7 weeks there waiting on manufacturing place is a joke there not in the us there website I looked up the address it's a house call bbb get them shut down
When I ordered my items I was told they would arrive in 7 days. After 12 days I called to find out where my items were. I was told they had not even shipped because they did not have them in stock. I was never notified of a back order problem. I went to cancel my order and was told they did have them and they would ship that day. When the items arrived a few days later it was not what I had ordered. I called them again to fix their problem. I was now told I needed to return their mistake before I could get a refund. I had to threaten to contest the charge with my credit card company before I got the return label needed to begin the refund process. I am pretty sure I will have to still contest the charges since I have little faith they will refund my credit card payment. Not sure how a company stays in business with this kind of service.

Ordered Dutywear Deluxe XXXL Fire Gear Bag with custom embroidery, upon opening package found gear bag had very sharp slice in it as if were cut on machinery? I contacted their customer service and sent pics, "#firestoreonline" implied that I had cut it opening the bag. I sent pics of the shipping bag with comparison to where the cut was on the gear bag to show that would have been impossible! It's been almost 2 months now and I have yet to receive a replacement and the damaged bag was already sent back!
I ordered a customized logo on a job fleece and received it quickly. Great quality in the stitching and must say the online ordering was very easy to use. The job shirt itself was at a good price and is very nice quality. Overall, I am impressed with your service and speed of shipment, especially for an item which is customized. No update on if item has even shipped, 4 weeks since order, no response to two emails requesting update. Feels like a scam or a company who don't give a dam about customers, either way would never purchase from them again and although small value I will pursue them
Unfortunately, I have found out too late that this store is the biggest scam ever and probably doesn't even have ANY goods to sell at all! Everything that has happened to all the folks giving reviews, has happened to me too! I ordered a bundle of stuff back in July 2018 but nothing has arrived. One order was supposedly delivered to me but nothing was. How can they get away with it? Why can't "Sitejabber" do something about it? Every review is a complaint. Someone should be able to stop them.

My experience with Fire Store Online is one of great frustration over very poor service. I purchased Uniform Shirts that were supposed to be of high quality brand name, and they were not of the quality and sizing I expected. I paid for initial shipping, and when trying to get return authorization it took several days to make contact with customer service. I then had to pay a high cost for return shipping. In addition to paying for shipping both ways, I also have to pay a 10% restocking fee, I now find out that credit for the items returned will take nearly a month. I would never recommend doing business with Fire Store Online!
I must say I am very impressed with FireStoreOnline. I live in Canada and got my order in 3 days which is amazing. Great price and nice job on the international shipping! Love your company and will be back for another order soon.
I ordered my daughter the unicorn charger and a chargeable case back in July, still nothing! She asks just about everyday for them and when they're coming, makes me sad that I wasted money that was for my child to a "company" that doesn't care!

Worst return policies I think I've ever seen. Not only are refunds reduced by 10% for restocking fee (bad enough), but if free shipping was involved, then your refund is reduced by the shipping cost to you. Add to that your return shipping costs and a $120 purchase could easily cost you $40 to return (as in my case). Interestingly, I reviewed the "refund" section of their policy beforehand, but this practice was not clear in that section. It states that shipping charges are not included in refund, but does not specify which shipping charges so I assumed this meant return shipping charges. The policy to charge shipping charges to you is clarified elsewhere, not in the "refund" section. There are more reputable places to shop online like zappos.com; they have a 365-day return policy (vs. 30 days for firestoreonline.com), free shipping AND free returns (they send you a return label).
I feel taken advantage of by this site. If sites like this are allowed to just set up and say "hey buy this item really cheap." And never shop the item and keep the money and never have a way to get in touch with them to confirm. They do nothing but sit back and take everyone's money
