They Said my order was dissapered, but they dont give me a tracking number.
They Said they will give me an extra gift. Two months later... I still havnt got ANYTHING!

I ordered a unicorn phone charger for ten bucks 3 months ago and still nothing! I emailed them and a robot answered me giving me a delivery date FROM A MONTH AGO! So I emailed them again and now they won't even answer me. Their products look really cute but I promise you if you order from them you might as well go flush your money down the toilet!
I've ordered 4 times in the past year and each order has arrived quickly and accurately. Great customer service as well. Will be back again for my next pair of boots.

They may be a nickel cheaper than the next guy but they're a bunch of bums when it comes hiding behind they're shipping and restocking fees. I will not do business with them again.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! My son purchased a par of pants from them. When they did not fit I tried to call with no answer many times. I downloaded a return form that they say is not their return form. The pants were received on 3/3/17 and returned on 3/16/17, but they say I am past the 30 day policy because I sent them to the wrong address (address on their form). I am FURIOUS! When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that the supervisor was not available and I could not talk to the returns dept. I will not do business with a site that can not accommodate their customers with returns but they take money and take money!
I ordered from them 3 months ago and have received nothing. I a email saying it had been shipped, then one saying that because there were so many orders being taken things might be delayed. I got the same email again when I asked what was taking so long, and now I get no response when I try to email them. If I could give them zero stars on here, I would. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I DO NOT recommend Firestoreonline... Literally such a nightmare to work with. I ordered Husband's uniform along with equipment from them (located in Edgewater, so basically local) because the EMT program only allows you to purchase from two approved stores (Firestore or Cubico). We reached out to them through email several times, no correspondence with updates on our shipment. It had been in "Awaiting shipment" for days. Friday comes and STILL no updates. My husband gets a hold of them. He is trying to be understanding but they basically run him in circles. No resolution until Tyler pushes for one that they didn't want to offer. Go to find out, our package had been set aside with no intention of shipping. We paid $15 just in shipping alone. The man said he would send it out and we may or may not receive it by Saturday(today). & that he would refund $5 for shipping. Well the package arrived BUT with ONLY one item out of the two that were NEEDED. They also refunded the entire amount for the one item we needed that we didn't receive. Which the cancellation of that item was NEVER discussed. So upset with this place! Mind you, I placed my order at the BEGINNING of this month. Their website advertises a tracking number 24 hours after order placement and then same day shipping excluding a group of items which we had none of. We received no updates, no correspondence with our items PLUS a canceled order. Do not recommend.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE RIPOFF PEOPLE. I ordered, paid for and waited for some leather wallets and a bag and it never arrived. They charged me $250 shipping fee and did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. Thieves

FireStoreOnline is a poorly run business (if not a scam altogether). I mistakenly ordered from this company after getting them confused with the firestore website (similar name) which has great reviews. I ordered a pair of boots through their website. I did not receive an Email stating the boots had been shipped so after about 4 days I called to figure out what was going on. I could immediately tell from the unprofessional answering message that I was in trouble. After I left a message (they undoubtedly screen calls) a gentleman (foreign) returned my call and stated that the boots I had ordered which were listed as "in stock" on the website were actually discontinued. He asked if I would like a different pair of boots and I said "no, I just want my money back". He stated that my money would be refunded in a couple days. A couple days came and went, so I called back. Sometimes I would get an answer and sometimes not. The response was always "you're money will be refunded in 1-2 days". After a few more phone calls and a couple of Emails, I eventually got my money back on day 14. I was shocked that I actually received a refund. I believe the employees only work Mon-Thurs which amazes me considering the poor customer service. I would think they would be striving to improve their performance. I would urge consumers to look anywhere else before purchasing from this website/company.
Got my Christmas order in 3 days and must say I'm impressed with the service and speed of delivery for FireStoreOnline. They have great prices and I will be back to shop again!
Bought a i phone case but never recieved it and they said they had delivered it. But I never got it then they said it would be delivered on the 6th when it was already the 12th then they said it would be delivered on the 26th and it is now the 27th. All automated replies.

I ordered some women's paramedic pants and boots from this website. I received a phone call from them a few days later (waking me up as I work nights) to tell me the size 8 pants I ordered would be on back order for 10 days and did I want to change the size as the 7 was in stock. I declined. The next day I received an email from them trying to get me to change the size, again I declined. The next day they woke me again to try to get me to change the size. I had ordered up one size to be safe and the customer service rep went on and on about how they were true to size and did not shrink so I could get away with the size 7. I finally agreed to change sizes as it was clear to me they would continue to harass me until I did. The next day my boots arrived and were fine. Twenty two days later I had still not received my pants. I called and left a message which was not returned. The next day I called and got a person who said he would "look into it and call me back" I verified he had my correct phone number, he did not call back. The next day I received an email stating the pants had shipped (after I called). A few days later they arrived and are to small. Now I have to pay return shipping to get them back to them and shipping again to get the correct size I ordered in the first place. This will cost me triple shipping not to mention the time wasted and lost sleep. Avoid ordering from these people at all cost.
