Ordered shoes which took over a week to ship out (and 2 weeks total to receive.) I ended up having to return my order. Their website says that all refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt. It has now been three weeks an I still do not have a return. I have left two messages on their voicemail and sent 2 emails- none have been returned. When I can get through to them (Monday - Thursday 9-5 EST) their phone lines have a terrible connection and I can barely hear the rep. I have been told three times now that my return has "gone to Accounting" but have not received a refund yet. Getting my bank involved tomorrow.
Made an order, transaction went through, received a order number but no product, going for almost a month now. Sent an email and received no response, this is a bunch of scammer that can't get a proper job so they take other peoples money.
I paid $25 USD for a piece of cloth advertised as a beach towel. Took almost two weeks to arrive from CHINA to the USA & boy, i totally threw away money. Not worth returning as you really don't know who your dealing with.

I had ordered a shirt from FireStoreOnline through Amazon recently and it was suppose to be here on a Thursday because I needed it on a Friday. I realized in a email that the delivery date had changed so I contacted the company directly and together we saw where Amazon promised a date that was wrong. Regardless, the company stepped up and shipped another shirt same day to me. I got the shirt on time and liked it so much I ended up buying the second shirt. This company makes great products and has excellent customer service for what they did to make things right. Thanks again!
Two weeks ago, I ordered my smith and warren badge along with my customize personalization details and upon receiving last week, I could say you meet my expectation for my badge. One more thing, I noticed the built-in tool where my personalization details save in my account which I could repeat again my order much easier.
The title says it all; ordered two pairs of EMS Pants back in October of 2019 for the total of 144$.
Been given the run around on why I haven't gotten my order. They finally got back to me from I guess another Customer service representative; saying sorry. I couldn't get a refund do to something with paypal... I still haven't gotten my refund or my product and its 02/28/2020. I've opened up several BBB cases against the company only to see 1. Their not accredited and they sell equipment and 2. Bad reviews, some are very true.

Still awaiting order that was meant to be delivered 6th August I have received 2 further emails saying its been dispatched with extra gifts as an apology and this still has not arrived its now 01. 09. 18 think I have been more than patient. Customer care non existent unable to do live chat on line as stated on their homepage and unable to send email from the website as for the last 4 days it wont submit saying please try again total rip off first and last order with these people total RIP OFF
I ordered a pair of uniform boots from FireStoreOnline.com for my job as a law enforcement officer. Others at my department recommended this site as they had purchased. I ordered on a Monday and received my boots on Friday just as ordered. Overall, they did a good job of delivering my product as promised.
I did need to return these for a larger size so I contacted them using their online return form. I received an email the same day with return instructions and sent my boots back. I was happy to learn that there was no charge for the replacement shipping.
Only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I had to pay to send back my boots - but they did pay for shipping my replacements. Overall I will order from them again!
Order for a small name plate outstanding for 20+ days. They do not pick up the phone, return emails or anything. They did take my money promptly but have not shipped anything. Avoid if you do not to lose your money.
I ordered a beach towel last year and STILL not arrived. Every time I email them I get the same email back saying it will be delivered by 26th August 2018! It's Feb 19 ffs!
My debit card was charged for an order they say was never placed. When I called the number on the transaction from my bank account, the customer service clerk stated it was not their number. Hmm but it had their company name, listed in Florida, and they answered the phone number that was on it. He kept telling me there was no way my account was charged as he had no order for me, well how did they get my card info if there was never an order, and the charge was for the amount of the item ordered plus shipping! Second call back, he hung up on me when I asked to talk to someone else like a manager. Yes hung up on me! Mad is beyond the words! BBB will be getting notification of this!
I am out over $80.00 from an order I placed in June and its now September. I kept trying to get updates and kept getting a email back saying they were backed up. Now i cant get aahold if anyone and I've waited to long for my bank to do anything about it.
Ordered extrication gloves and got them 2 days later. I had to exchange sizes and Jeff helped me with my inquiry and made the exchange easy. Loved the free exchange shipping. Will be back to order again since great service is so hard to find these days!
I thought this company was pretty cool. I ordered the shirt i wanted, it was a nice fit and it was exactly what i asked for. I even added in the costumer notes section that i'd like them to add a harry styles picture, just for laughs, and they printed the picture onto a key-chain! It was really cool of them to do that. The company didn't mess up my order, or send me through any hassle so i appreciate it and hope they keep doing their thang!
I have ordered 6 times and been impressed with the service and speed of delivery. My order always arrives to me in 3 or 4 days and I love the cool t-shirts I've gotten. I have used their customer service to make a size change and found the service to be GREAT - thank you Victor.
I didn't receive my order, I also brought 3 items on the website but only one was apparently shipped out that I havent received tried to message them on the website, Facebook messenger and email but it all fails to send seems to be a scam!
I wish I would have seen these reviews before purchasing! I also wish I could give them a big fat 0 stars! I ordered my succulent seeds on August 5 and it is now September 6th and no product! I contacted customer support on August 29th. They said it was at the New York processing facility and would be shipped soon. Here I am September 6th and no product. How can they possibly stay in business with this horrid customer service. There was no apologies for the delay. No sort of compensation. Worst customer service ever. I have filed a complaint with Paypal. Maybe I'll be able to get my money back. Save your money and time... go elsewhere to order! I will also be contacting the BBB to report their terrible service.
