I am out over $80.00 from an order I placed in June and its now September. I kept trying to get updates and kept getting a email back saying they were backed up. Now i cant get aahold if anyone and I've waited to long for my bank to do anything about it.

We have a lot of person whom are always giving us bad reviews only to found out that they placed their order from a different company. Please provide us your order # so can verify.

Death in the family. I provided all documentation per BRAVOFLY policy and was tomd up to 32 days for my refund. Now after over 2minths im being told i may not receive my refund even though the company states that due to a death you may get a refund. Terrible customer service. A rip off company.
